Side Effects for Travatan z (travoprost)

Dizzy weak off balance made my panic attacks worse have them ever day now 3 or 4 times day doc won't believe i am having these effects says if I don't take the eye drops he will not give me my eye infection

All I can say it my lower pressure but you can't function.

Couldn’t sleep some nights, then suddenly stopped sleeping for 10 days, until I got a sleeping pill and quit this drug.

Doctors need to listen to their patients reactions to new drugs AND report them. They don’t want to believe you. But this was the only change made in my life that would cause insomnia. Went to 2 sleep clinics - no help.

Blurred vision, sleepiness, depression, eye pain

It only dropped my pressure by 2-4 points. I stopped taking it due to the side effects and started using Life Extension Eye Pressure Support and my pressure dropped by 6-8 points. Travatan is not a good drug and the side effects are terrible.

Extremely tired. Made me extremely tired; napping during the day for about 2 hours. Red eyes all day. Depression and anxiety. It did lower my pressure from 19 to 14. I was forced to stop it as I could not handle the side effects.

TRAVATAN Z (TRAVOPROST): Travoprost is used to treat high pressure inside the eye due to glaucoma (open-angle type) or other eye diseases (e.g., ocular hypertension). Lowering high pressure inside the eye can help prevent blindness. This medication works by regulating the flow of fluid within the eye to maintain a normal pressure. Appears to be ineffective. Exercise and diet have had a much greater effect on BP. I have been an endurance athlete and my cardiologist suggested that I reduce my exercise level. I followed that advice for about 9 months. However, I have recently returned to a higher level of exercise and followed a strict reduced fat diet. My blood pressure was unchanged on Norvasc but recently has dropped from 130/80 to 116/70. My vote is for diet and exercise.

WONDER DRUG!!!!!!!! This was soo GREAT. I am SERVER Morning Sickness and this fixed it all. You dont need water to take it. It cost at least $25 a pill, but its sooooo worth it! ROCK GSK!

Much knee stiffness, very difficult to get moving after sitting or resting, fatigue, mental fog, forgetfullness, blurred vision, trigger finger, depression at times but Effexor for my fibromyalgia helps with that.

Sweating and papitations after starting on 20mg. Slight dry mouth and headache. Lack of motivation.

scared to drive or leave the house for fear I will pass out. I still cry all the time. So far it hasn't helped my depression very much.

I have scoliosis and am also diagnosed with HIV. This halperidol is the worst medication and is prescribed misproperly by doctors who just want to keep a job. I have allergies to this medication (similar to people with peanut butter allergies), and major side effects. For example my neck getting stuck sideways with my head slanted, very painful and last for hours till you do something about it otherwise doesn't go away, and happens for days among weeks after every time. Nobody cared. Instead they would force me to take it.

moodiness, tired yet unable to fall asleep, cramping, breast tenderness

It definitely helped my heart palps and flutters, and the craziness of severe hyperthyroidism, but the icy hands and legs has become intolerable (walking is painful and awkward...) and so is my indifference to everything... and I HATE not dreaming.. oh, and it never did get rid of the mild daily headaches I get, either... altho' I didn't have a problem with that as far as I'm concerned. But: I AM NOT ME, ANYMORE. I'm seeing the endocrinologist tomorrow to discuss this mess...

being a student it is essential to be able to concentrate and be alert. This has made my studies get worse. Don't recommend to students.
