Chronic Pain from Low Back Injury
Lexapro worked amazingly for the first two hours that I took the drug. I was whistling and happy. Then this drug seemed to peter out and I was left with a mood levelling. While it did help with suicidal thoughts I expected a little more from it.
since coming off the depo shot i have been diagnosed with high blood pressure ( that is why the doctor stop giving it to me in 2001) due to all the wieght gain. i was 125 pounds when i got on it i was 170 when i came off. i am only 5'1 that is a lot of weight for my body. i also was recently diagnosed with a hyper active thyroid with no family history of this problem. if i could go back i would never have taken this shot because i am only 28 and i have a lifetime ahead of medications from side effects.
Be very cautious about taking this medication, as it seems for some people even 1 dose may cause long-term problems. Ask your doctor if there's an alternative antibiotic you can take.
I was taking a combo of Crestor and Zetia. All blood work was within range even my HDL. However, my liver enzymes are elevated and have not been taking them for two weeks to try to get my liver back in shape. Recheck in three months. I never connected the shoulder and leg pain with these medicines until reading this and realizing for the last two weeks these pains are not nearly as intense. I guess I will try fish oil, vinegar, and niacin.
