Anxiety, Dizziness, vertigo, headache, stomach cramps, diarrhea. Won't take again! Was suppose to take for 10 days, I did not finish them.
I was on the 4mg pack. It made me feel a little better, but I still am not sure why my doctor would give me something like this for a virus? The side effects were not worth the benefit, although I found that I had no tension in my neck for the first time in years while I was on it.
EXCESSIVE NIGHT SWEATS, maybe acne (not sure if that's the cause)
This has done wonders for my depression. And I was really happy about the weight loss until it started going too far. For the first time in my life I feel too thin. Unfortunately it has amplified my symptoms of anxiety/OCD. Lately I suddenly started to have some of the weirder physical symptoms listed above. I think it's increased my metabolism to the point where my body burns the drug up and it hits me too hard and fast, causing a lot of the panic/dizziness/tingling weirdness/etc.
No effect. Felt everything. Remember everything. Doctor kept ordering more medicine be given to me because of the pain I was feeling, but it might as well have been water.
Muscle pain & weakness, pain in shoulders and between shoulders in back. General body stiffness and pain. Extreme fatigue, no energy, unstable upon movement. Brain fog, memory problems, depression.

Absolutely no side effects...taken at bedtime so if there are any side effects, I don't notice them while sleeping.
MAY 2008 TOOK 2 PILLS ON FIRST DAY OF GENERIC BRAND AND WAS IN HOSPITAL ER 24 HOURS LATER BECAUSE MY HEART WAS GOING WILD AKA TACHYCARDIA. DR SAID I WAS POSSIBLY HAVING A HEART ATTACK. INSOMNIA SOON FOLLOWED. IT COMPLETLEY DISRUPTED MY SLEEP CYLCES WHERE I WOULD AWAKE AFTER 1 HOUR OF SLEEP NO MATTER WHAT I TRIED. DR'S WILL TELL YOU THAT IT CANT CAUSE THESE SYMPTOMS BUT THEY ARE WRONG. I HAD NEVER THE SLIGHTEST SLEEP PROBLEM MY ENTIRE LIFE. NEVER HAVE USED AN ALARM CLOCK MY WHOLE LIFE THATS HOW WELL MY SLEEP/WAKE PATTERN WAS. NEVER ANY ANXIETY/PANIC ATTACKS EVER IN MY LIFE AS WELL. ALL THESE SYMPTOMS STARTED WITHIN 24 HRS OF MY FIRST AND ONLY 2 ZPACK PILLS. THATS NOT SOME COINCIDENCE. IT HAS TAKEN ALMOST ONE YEAR FOR SYMPTOMS TO IMPROVE ENOUGH TO FUNCTION AGAIN AS A NORMAL PERSON. MY FAMILY LITERALLY WATCHED ME ALMOST WASTE AWAY TO NOTHING FOR FIRST 6 MONTHS WITH NO HELP FROM DR'S EXCEPT TO PRESCRIBE ANTI-DEPRSSANTS OR ANTI-ANXIETY PILLS WHICH MADE THINGS EVEN WORSE AND TO MAKE BIG PHARMA MORE MONEY. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH DR'S. THEY WONT BELIEVE YOU ANYWAY AND WILL PRESCRIBE STUFF THAT WILL MAKE YOU WORSE OFF. Extreme nausea, vomiting, dizziness, little to no relief of pain. I had this after a myomectomy and after gall bladder removal. When the surgeon doing the myo saw it wasn't helping and just made me sick, he immediately changed over to another analgesic (Fentanyl and then Toradol), and I felt much better--was able to walk around in a few hours and leave in just over a day. However, the gall bladder surgery was a nightmare (my liver got nicked), and I was in agony in recovery--what actually woke me was vomiting. More Demerol created more vomiting, and the surgeon left no orders for anything else (and the nurse refused to contact him). I threw up most of the way home and for the better part of the day. I realize some of the effect might not have been Demerol, but the fact remains that a second dose post-op made me even sicker. I know it works well for some people, but PLEASE ask your doctor to have a backup analgesic order if this makes you sick. NO ONE should have to throw up after any s
