Anxious, dry mouth, loss of libido.
Gave up on this med and switched to valium. The valium worked perfectly.
Edgy feelings. Can't sleep, dry mouth.
I stopped taking it because of side effects.
Induced severe and debilitating panic attack. Borderline psychotic episode. Felt like I was trapped in a nightmare.I have history of panic disorder, depression, and generalized anxiety. Some of the reading I've been doing seems to show that individuals who suffer from similar maladies also experience adverse effects of this medication.I will never touch this again. I'm scared of this pill to be honest. Glad for the people who find relief from it, just my own experience. I had to take my rescue medication (Valium) to counteract the adverse effects.Also, my neck still hurts like hell.
Drowsiness, dizziness, pounding heart, entire left side of body and face went numb and pens a needles. 2 days off the pill and still feeling the side effects.
Run away far from this medication. It's a nightmare.
I experienced extreme anxiety and depression while taking Flexeril. I was having suicidal thoughts and breakdowns constantly. I thought my alarm had been changed because it sounded different when it went off in the mornings. I truly started to believe that earth would be better off without me. I sincerely believe I was starting to have a mental breakdown from this drug. It has been 9 days since I last took one of these pills and am still struggling daily with the emotional toll this drug took on me.I also wanted to add that when my mother-in-law foundOut I had been prescribed this drug she was very upset about it. Apparently it is known to cause people to kill themselves out of the blue. I wish I'd never been prescribed this drug and I hope to feel better soon in the coming months.
Do not EVER take. This drug is awful.
The medication definitely helped my issue with my shoulder and the muscle spasms surrounding it, however, I felt really disconnected from reality. Not saying it was a bad feeling but I was emotionally flat, no highs or low, and content with it. I was not happy with the psychological effects from it. I am in recovery and requested something that would not stimulate any euphoria or sedation. I also have not been able to sleep since stopping it and have had mild anxiety since stopping the medication. Upon looking up side effects, I did not find any listed on any websites that listed the ones I experienced so maybe I’m unique. It did treat my issue but caused others that aren’t quite worth it, I’d rather deal with the pain and spasms, that’s being disconnected from my family and life.
These definitely worked with muscle spasms in my back after my disk extrusion. The common side effects: grogginess, dry mouth, and feeling lethargic. I wouldn't take these when you have things to do. The one major con is depressive thoughts. I already have a history of depression and these do not help at all when It comes to that. Only take these as needed and ween off when you need to. My back tightens up randomly causing pain around the disks, these help with the pain, but that's really the only pro. If you're someone with suicidal ideations and a history of mental illness, I would ask your doctor about alternatives or only take the minimum dose for the time needed and no more. As always, YMMV
I was prescribed to take Celebrex 100 mg one time a day and it didn't touch the pain. I was given Flexeril 10 mg three times a day but thought I'd best start with just one tablet. The Flexeril took away the pain, but left me feeling a bit woozy. After the pain came back I took just a half a tablet 5 mg at night and it helped me sleep. Since then I've taken just a quarter at a time one time at night but the side effects have noticed her depression paranoia anxiety clumsiness etc. because the pain was so bad I was willing to take the side effects as well. I would really not recommend this pill but instead for pain look at other meds.
High blood pressure, numbness, tingling and almost passed out
Made me very sleep the first day, only time it helped today (the third day) I woke up shaking uncontrollably not being able to move, I've had thoughts of suicide, depression, nausea
Took it befors bedtime, feeling like a zombie, for the next day, completely constipated for 4 days, dry mouth.
Extreme and unusual depression and thoughts that ceased when I stopped the drug. Tinnitus. Nightmares/bad dreams/vivid dreams. Lethargic for days and days after stopping it.
Did not do that much if anything for spasms. Terrible drug with side effects.
I took one pill Friday night and Saturday night. I slept great Friday night and had no pain from my back injury. Woke up Saturday and was perfectly fine just felt a little spacey a few times, then took it again Saturday night. The pain free sleep was great. However, Sunday was the day I noticed negative side effects including: a depression that made me cry half the day for NO reason AT ALL! Confusion that had me questioning my sanity, I went back and forth five times because I forgot what I was doing, and drowsiness that I took 5 power naps throughout the day. I recognized that “this wasn't me,- so I didn't take anymore flexeril. Sunday night I slept fine without taking this med. Monday came the paranoia and I was paranoid about everything. How I felt, whether I should make sure I did something so insects wouldn't get into the house. Everything paranoid me. Fast forward to day 4 of being OFF of this horrible little pill and I still feel out of it and not normal. I can function but my concentration and ability to listen and work at the same time is completely out of the window. I PRAY FOR THE DAY THESE SIDE EFFECTS WEAR OFF.
P.s. I will admit this medication made me have the most hilarious dreams. I was having tea with Alice, in wonderland and we were gossiping about who the queen should decapitate and that the caterpillar was smuggling illegal substances in from another dimension and hiding them in his mushrooms.
Did not work on pain for me. Maybe dose was too small
Instantly felt weird, Confused, scared. Couldn't think or even try to process what was happening. Gave me a panic attack to the point I thought I was gonna die.
It's been nearly 6 months since I took flexeril one time, and I have this fear and anxiety of any medication given to me my children even my pets.

Definitely would not recommend to anyone! I went to the ER for chest pains. Doctor gave me a dose of Flexeril in the hospital that was 4 days ago. I haven't taken any since. But I haven't been able to function or think straight. I feel dizzy and light headed like I can have a panick attack at anytime!!!! Wouldn't recommend to ANYONE!!!
it takes away the burning, stabbing pain
Severe muscle spasms in left leg
After one full day I had numbness and tingling on only left side of body. Severe lethargy. Did nothing but sleep while taking. By day 4 the tingling was very minimal but the lethargy remains. However, it DID help my leg muscle spasms. My leg is feeling better and I am torn on whether to stop them or not.

I take only 5 drops each night (okay, sometimes 6) and this stuff has given me the freedom of real-uninterrupted-sleep. I have NEVER slept through the night, and just a few drops each night has literally saved me. I am SO pleased with this stuff!
I am using injections. My leg is little bit sore after the injection and I feel for a little while dizzy. After my dizziness goes away, I feel great. With Imitrex I do not have to be worried ab out changing my plans because of my bad headaches.
Symptoms came on 1 WEEK after taking last dose. Last time I took this medicine it did the same thing. But it only lasted one day. ... Now I'm two days in wondering if it will be longer. Maybe I'll skip the meds next time.
Birth control/Regulate Periods
It seems to work. I anticipated side effects, but after 2 days, i feel a lot better overall. Will post again if something bad happens. Prescription is biaxin xl 2*500mg once a day.
Clumpy white cottage cheese like discharge occasional burning or itching the discharge was the worst part
Not nearly as terrible as this site suggested. Tastes like flavored mineral water.I used Lemon/Lime flavor. Took me 16 swallaws to make 8 oz. Had two bags filled with ice to keep mixture cold, followed by sip of 7-up, took 5 hrs to complete the whole bottle. Pacing helps move things along...
