Side Effects for Prosom (estazolam)

did not make me sleepy at all. I took it and still was awake all night long

I only tried prosom because my insurance doesn't want to pay for Ambien.

for RLS (restless legs syndrome)

I call Prosom my Godsend.Side effect is feeling groggy in the morning.I wonderif I'm fatigued during the day from my fibromyalgiaor perhaps the Prosom. I think a combination of the two.

I try to limit to the recommended max of 2 mgs. before bedtime. Some nights I need to take an extra mg. (half tablet) for added relief. I could not tolerate my life without Prosom's relief.Restless legs is a torment

PROSOM (ESTAZOLAM): This medication is used to treat a certain sleep problem (insomnia). It may help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and lessen how often you wake up during the night, so you can get a better night's rest. Estazolam belongs to a class of drugs called sedative-hypnotics. It acts on your brain to produce a calming effect. Use of this medication is usually limited to short treatment periods of 1 to 2 weeks or less. If your insomnia continues for a longer time, talk to your doctor to see if you need other treatment. This was a great drug. My drinking had really gotten out of hand. But campral helped me tremendously with cravings. I could go to the store and walk past the wine aisle no problem and wouldn't even think about drinking. Unfortunately my liver staged a revolt, (ironic!) so I had to stop taking it. Of course the cravings came right back. Great while it lasted though...

Well I do know to stay away from Claritin, but on my recent trip I gave it a one more shot after I got some free samples. I became super irritated, angry almost in a state of paranoia and all this after one pill. I am not too sure about the alergy symptoms, I guess it helps a bit but not worth the stress.

DEAR "ME"- you write me "I don't know what I'm talking about" and then you don't even list your REAL EMAIL ADDY?! I have been having pain problems for YEARS AND HAVE BEEN TAKING NORCO FOR APPROX 4 YEARS (not 2 as listed after going through my records) AND IT HAS HELPED ME IMMENSELY. I have tried myriad of pain pills including non-narcotics AND OPANA WHICH SUCKS. Norco has been extremely effective for controlling my pain, obv for short durations.I have little to no side effects and I understand very well that Tylenol can be toxic to your liver in LARGE DOSES (4 mg and higher) however 600 mg of Tylenol a day is not a lot at all. MANY THINGS CAN BE TOXIC to your liver and of course any opiate and/or narcotic is hard on your liver. There is a GREAT saying which I live by- "everything in moderation" and that's pretty much how I live my life. I take care of myself, I take supplements daily (including milk thistle for liver) and I get my entire hepatic functio
