Initially I was prescribed 2 mgs 3 times a day.My tolerance skyrocketed.I started buying 2mg bars off of the net because the doctor's script for 90 2mg pills a month weren't enough anymore. One day, after leaving the doctors with my script, I took 33 bars-my tolerance was that high.I had a 45 minute drive ahead of me.The last recollection I had was the pills starting to kick in & knowing I was about to feel relief. My next memory is waking up in bed.I had absolutely no memory of anything.According to my Mom,I must have blacked out, driven 45 miles, pulled into a parking lot, turned the car off, took the keys out,& passed out.A concerned citizen saw me & went inside the store & they called the police. The police traced my license plate to my parents house & called them. That was about 3pm the previous day.I woke up at 11am the next day from this.In the end,I switched doctor's-my new doc was slowly weaning me off of Xanax to switch me to something safer. She prescribed me Xana

Fever, chills, asthma attack for two days after taking medicine for one day, I though it's because the infection spread to kidneys, but doctors said t he kidneys were fine. Then, after three days rash all over hands and legs and itch, had to take benaddryl. Stopped the med.

1st injection: After 6 hours, sore upper arm. After 12 hours, very sore upper arm, felt slightly unwell--a little flu-ish, fatigue. 24 hours; flu-ish, slight headache, nausea, very sore arm, fatigue. 36 hours: several waves of sweats and explosive diarrhea that came on suddenly and ended abruptly each time. Felt feverish, but had no actual fever throughout this entire period. 4 days after injection: very slight sore arm, sweats and diarrhea ended. NO flu-ish feeling, no headache, no nausea, no fatigue. In summary, 3 days of a definite reaction with a variety of symptoms that laid me low and kept me at home. I only took Tylenol once during the 3 days, when the body aches were intense.

Mouth ulcers, bleeding gums for one or two days after taking dose, loss of concentration and memory, debilitating night sweats, bowel upsets, often severe depression.

works ok for the restless leg, but I am now pushing 300 pounds, and can't seem to stop eating.

Definitely helps me. I'm considering switching to Cymbalta, simply because, although Lexapro helps with depression, it does not help with aches and pains related to depression. It kills sex drive, causes very vivid dreams/nightmares, but overall, it helps me a lot. The one thing I would warn people about is this: NEVER, and I mean NEVER, try to get off Lexapro without talking to your doctor and getting weaned off Lexapro. Stopping cold turkey is the worst feeling in the world. I made the mistake of quitting early on because I didn't think it was working. Wow, that was a mistake. Once I got back on and really gave it a chance, it made a world of difference.

I could not figue out why I was gaining weight and it took me several days to link it to my taking Lamisil. I went on line and discovered others had gained weight as well. My vision was very blurry and again, I never associated it with Lamisil and went out and bought new contact lenses! Now, after reading this web-site, I know that it is a common side effect. I decided to stop taking this drug two days ago and now I am concerned as to how long the side effects will last. I've decided to live with my toe fungus and paint over it. This drug is far more serious than it was described to me. I also experienced nightmares and a metalic taste in my mouth. I do not recommend that anyone take this drug. The side effects are too grave.

Sinus infection began in mid December, prescribed Z-Pak. Wanting to give the Z-Pak time, 3 weeks later still had headache, ear pain and cough, better than before but not completely gone. After three weeks from start of Z-Pak, it was time to go back to MD, who prescribed Levaquin.Initially, horrendous night sweat on first evening. Three hours after second dose I began felling dizzy and slightly euphoric, neck pain, abdominal cramping, muscle pain in lower back, shoulders, legs and over all extremely tired. I typically work out with weights 3 to 4 times a week, so I contributed the muscle pain to this. However,I did not workout the day prior to beginning medication and from there forward. On day 3 and 4 my cough had improved minimally, I continued with sweating(night and day),I noticed a shorter attention span, short term memory issues and I noticed an increase in temper and verbal aggression. As of last evening, with these symptoms and a pounding headache for 4 days.

Just recently went off yasmin and am looking for a new lower dosage pill. Was initally happy with yasmin, shorter lighter periods, but then I developed severe bloating and water retention.

We started to give our 1 year old son Pulmicort for treating seasonal asthma, as indicated by our doctor. It seemed to work Ok when treated for 2-3 weeks, he vomited almost every night between 10-12 pm, and threw away all the phlem inside him. Today he is 5 years old and he is smaller than his friends. Our second kid today has 3 years old and we were giving him pulmicort as well because he is more asthmatic than the first one. The second kid is more sensitive and aggresive when taking pulmicort, but I hadnĀ“t related it to the medicine until reading this page. The other thing that made me do the research is that another doctor told us that it is known that pulmicort stops growth in kids, which is devastating for us seeing the long term effect in our first kid. Please interrogate your doctors about secondary effects on every medicine and do your own research.
