I'm taking this to combat the excessive sweating due to Sertraline. Any movement will cause sweating. Ditropan stopped it within a day. The only odd thing is it acted as a diuretic.
The drymouth wakes me up at night some. The stomach pain has gone away for the most part. When I had the stomach pain, I took an acid reducer or mylanta. I was going to the bathroom about 16 times a day and now It's around 7.I still have some urgency, but not sure if it's other symptoms of i.c. or not.
i had been taking ditropan XL for a year. i switched for cost reasons and got nasty dry mouth, eyes, and throat, blurred vision, terrible mood swings, acid reflux and stomach cramping that is sometimes quite severe. (even taking half of one pill daily)
if you have insurance go with the XL.. .
DITROPAN (OXYBUTYNIN CHLORIDE): This is a long-acting form of oxybutynin that is used to treat overactive bladder and urinary conditions. It relaxes the muscles in the bladder to help decrease problems of urgency and frequent urination. Oxybutynin belongs to a class of drugs known as antispasmodics. This medication is also used to treat children 6 years of age and older who have an overactive bladder due to certain nerve disorders (e.g., spina bifida). I am so fed up with this bc! I have gained 15lbs in a month which is making me hate myself that much more! I cry I don't sleep well I sweat all the time and I am very snappy! This was suppose to help regulate my cycle but instead I have no cycle. I have also been breaking out in hives for 2 months and now this makes sense it's the pills!! I am miserable on it! My Dr told me all pills will cause nausea at first but to try and get through it. Well I did and I have had nothing but problems from this pill.
After year of taking this drug, I desperately want to stop. I've gained so much weight, despite eating very little and none of my clothes fit any more. I've gone up 2 to 3 dress sizes.I suffer regular back, hip, knee and tooth pain. My legs are so weak that I can't even get up from the sofa or toilet alone sometimes.I have absolutely no energy.My libido is non existent.I'm so tired of the bathroom or kitchen looking like a murder scene every time I cut myself shaving my legs or chop vegetables!The clot has almost disappeared from my lung but has left extensive scarring.I know that the drug prevents further embolisms occurring...but seriously, this is not living...the old me has disappeared I feel like I'm waiting to die.I know it can be lethal to just stop taking xarelto...but I'm seriously considering stopping this horrendous drug and take the risk.That's how bad it makes me feel.

After taking this drug three days I could def. feel the zyban in my blood, made my mind go loopy, ups and downs everyday. Hives showed up sunday morn at 5a.m. (11 days after starting zyban) got progressivly worse all day long and then on sunday night I could hardly walk at all, hives just covered me, joints ached. Had to go the ER and get pumped full of steroids to ease the hives, total quit smoking cost over $2000 1 Crazy Mind Trip, and worth every bit of it to Me!
Not worth taking, could kill you if not careful caused my heart to stop, do not take unless blood pressure is extremely high never when it's normal
Maxair is the best inhaler I've ever used! Other inhalers made my heart race; Maxair is the only one that doesn't. I especially like the Autohaler since it releases the drug as you inhale. No need for coordination :-)
