MAXALT (RIZATRIPTAN BENZOATE): Rizatriptan is used to treat migraines. It helps to relieve headache, pain, and other migraine symptoms (including nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light/sound). Prompt treatment helps you return to your normal routine and may decrease your need for other pain medications. Rizatriptan belongs to a class of drugs known as triptans. It affects a certain natural substance (serotonin) that causes narrowing of blood vessels in the brain. It may also relieve pain by affecting certain nerves in the brain. Seriously, if you're on this medication and start feeling extremely depressed, talk to your doctor about switching to another medication. My doctor said that there was no way that Norvasc would be causing such extreme side effects, but there are forums all over the net talking about severe depression associated with this medication. I mean, mine was so bad I thought I'd have to drop out of school and check in somewhere. by no means do these side-effects happen to everyone - it might be the best blood pressure medication for most people, but if you start feeling horrible, mention your own research to your doctor if he says the side effects aren't related. A couple days after I stopped taking this, I felt completely normal again.

I have been treated for anxiety/panic attacks for 14 years now. From Paxil to Prozac, sleep aids and tranqs., but this medicine has provided the most relief. I liked the paxil CR, but for now I am going to continue to try this drug.No more attacks, mood swings, or anxiety, but from reading on here, I will keep an eye on things.Oh do not drink, the alcohol hits harder, trust me on this one.
Without the drug, I have night terrors. I do things like smashing sliding glass doors to get us out of a horrible situation. 5mg Ambien does allow me to get a good night's sleep. Like others, if I wakeup after 6 hrs, I can't get back to sleep. I cannot sleep withoutthe ambien. Helpful when driving when tired; no chance of falling asleep. No chance for taking much of a nap either.Works great to help with jet lag when travelling over seas.Can't imagine taking more than 10. 10 really knocks one out.I need at least 5.

Went through a 3 day trainspotting withdrawl, well I am exaggerating a lil. But it was hell... Almost 4 weeks later and I am feeling great. skin is peaches and cream again, bags are gone under eyes, willie is working like a champ again. I knew something was wrong with me but didn't know what. After giving this up and searching the net for info? Yeah it was NICORETTE. I called the number to be greeted by a very stern customer help line person to document my case. I insisted anonymity but i really think there should be a class action lawsuit on this stuff. While it is helping people quit they reap the benefits of smokers everywhere by making it seem safe.. Well it's not.. read the pages and pages of side effects on here. How can we get a lawsuit going? I feel duped out of 2-3 years of my life. Even more-so than I did with cigs.email me. There needs to be side effects like the ones everyone on this site has mentioned on the box, not just the immediate side effects like hiccups and tingling.. lol
Is it possible that there is wheat used as an ingredient in Indomethacin? I have celiac disease and experienced diarrhea the first day and then on for the other four days. Have discontinued drug today. I have taken a few pills at another time and had same reaction
