COSOPT (DORZOLAMIDE HYDROCHLORIDE; TIMOLOL MALEATE): This product contains two drugs used to treat high pressure inside the eye due to glaucoma (open angle-type) or other eye diseases (e.g., ocular hypertension). Lowering high pressure inside the eye helps to prevent blindness. This medication works by decreasing the amount of fluid within the eye. Timolol belongs to a class of drugs known as beta-blockers, and dorzolamide belongs to a class of drugs known as carbonic anhydrase inhibitors. (Sources: U.S. Centers for Medicare Services, FDA)

I didnt take cymbalta for long because it was turning me into a worse basket case than I already was. One thing I did experience when trying to get off it was mood swings. Some of which were very angry outbursts,an anger I never felt before.Lost the love of my life because of it. Now taking 100 mg. of Zoloft and feeling so much better. I would not recommend cymbalta to anyone.
After having my child, I didn't want to be near percocets.. suboxone Dr. Prescribed 8mg much too high a dose for me. Made me vomit, feel spacey, derealization, insomnia.. went down to 4mgs and felt better almost instantaneously!
Exhausted from out patient surgery today. (Major surgery). Struggled to stay awake until 9 pm to take vicodin. It is now 4 hours later and still wide awake.

While it wasn't fun spending 8-9 hours in the bathroom over two days (I drank half in the evening and the other half the next morning), the Nulytely wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. My only real discomfort was initiated by the magnesium citrate laxative used to get things moving - that stuff really stings coming out. Plain Nulytely has even less flavor than tap water, if that's possible. The clinic suggested sucking on lime wedges before and after each drink, and that really helped. I found it also helps psychologically if you break each cup down into two four-ounce servings and swig them one after the other. Also, distract yourself from thinking about the next dose. I set a kitchen timer for 10 minutes and read a good mystery novel. For sore butt, try washing off with a shower hose instead of using TP or wipes.
This is a dangerous drug. I lost all strength in my joints and could barely lift my purse. The side effects have continued for months after I went off of it. This should be taken off the market. Bladder infections and more.
