ESTRADIOL (ESTRADIOL): This medication is a female hormone (estrogen). It is used by women to help reduce vaginal symptoms of menopause (such as vaginal dryness/burning/itching). These symptoms are caused by the body making less estrogen. When treating only vaginal symptoms of menopause, products applied directly inside the vagina (such as this medication) should be used first. Estrogens that are taken by mouth, absorbed through the skin, or injected may have greater risks of side effects due to more estrogen being absorbed. After doing further research on this medication I would not recommend taking this unless you have no choice. I think this medication is over prescribed and is dangerous to ones health. There are other medications that work better for painful RLS.
Flu like symptoms for 3 days,severe cramp in lower abdominal region,constipation, headache, lethagy, nausea for 6 days now I only took two tablets.

lolol im taking it now at around 300-400 mg's just to feel a lil' sleepy, actually i just took 300 mg with 3 Advil PM's and ima bout to pass out! i was prescribed it, so i wouldn't be on Klonopin any more, vistaril works good for sleep and feeling calm at night, but if i ever had a panic attacked i'd whip out the klonopin, but i havent had to do that in a while even now that i've been off all antidepressants for about 2 months : )
Anxiety much much better, less depressed and able to reduce my ssri. Mood swings and paranoia seem to be triggered by starting and increasing this drug! I will give it some more time as I am so much calmer but because of potential unwanted effects may ask for a change or go to back to 0.25mg as I expect my recovery to include peace of mind.
Sweating at night, negative thinking, prolong menses for more than 30 days, blur vision, foot pain, skin color change

I have nothing bad to say. No weight gain,no periods, no problems
I would have preferred that I take Penicillin for Strep.
