It was on a prolonged treatment with Zinacef/cefuroxime. Conditions were improving with treatment. Standard duration is 5-7 days of treatment, but in my case, It was first extended to 14 days and then 21 days.But on 17th day I had severe pain and swelling in right knee. Which was so severe that I had to use hands to place my leg on bed. Took NSAIDs which helped me with pain and helped me walk again. I'm still recovering from affects after a week.I've used Zinacef before without any reactions and it has always helped me with my condition.I suppose due to prolonged usage, my body finally rejected it. I can't use such a useful drug anymore. Please stick to prescribed days and don't overuse it.
This drug is GREAT with almost no side effects, i took 2 750mg (lowest dose) injections and my throat felt better immidiately.

extreme tiredness, vivid dreams(i hadn't remembered any of my dreams since i was 10 and now its been 7 days straight.) clotting and cramps seem to be even more intense w/ more pain than ever. Migraines 5 out of the 7 days. ER doc put me on one pill every day for 10 days.
I will never, ever, ever touch this poison again. It should be permanently removed from the market. Simply experiencing side effects was not the worst part of it. After a year and a half of being off these pills, I'm still experiencing problems with my heart that often interferes with my sleep (this started from day one that I began taking the pills and has continued ever since, even though I have been long off of them). I just got pregnant, and my midwife is advising me to get an EKG even though I'm only 24 years old, because the side effects are still having serious repercussions on my body. ASK YOUR DOCTOR FOR SOMETHING ELSE. REFUSE BIAXIN. BOYCOTT IT!!!!
I started taking Lunesta because I cannot take anything else for menopause and the hot flashes were waking/keeping me awake at night. Lunesta helps me to go to sleep and stay asleep. If I have a hot flash that wakens me, I take a melatonin to "aide" the Lunesta and I go back to sleep. I am very pleased with this combination, and I'm thrilled that I can finally sleep with all these hot flashes.
Soreness (especially using the bathroom), Redness
racing heart beat, stomach and back cramps, nausea, feeling weak, not sleeping caused by all of these things.

Before I was put on zoloft I was at my wits end, no joke I was terrible. But once I started taking it I improved greatly extremely fast. The only negative things I have to say about it is that when I miss a dose its almost like Im PMSing to the max. Also the side-effects were most unpleasant considering I started taking it during the school year.
I took Boniva for 5 months, after each pill I would have severe lower back pain. After the 2nd or 3rd time taking the pill I would get sick in the middle of the night. The 5th time I took the pill the symptoms were so severe I thought of taking myself to the emergency room. I kept moaning I'm sick, so sick. After speaking toa friend the next day she reminded me that I was sick like that last month. I went on the computer to finde the side effects of Boniva. There they were - all those that I had experienced. I never connected feeling so sick to the Boniva before that. It is 3 months since I stopped taking this and the bones in my hands are still killing me, I get pain in other areas but not constantly. Sally Field needs to stop promoting this drug. It is awful. We need to somehow connect to one another to let the FDA and drug company know what it is doing to a large group of women.
With the help of Zyban, I stopped smoking after 20 years. Once or twice I did get terrible withdrawal feelings, one day lasted for 2 hours, but once I got through that it was pretty easy.The panic attacks where difficult, but better than effects of smoking!!!My only concern now is that I am still getting panic/anxiety attacks, even 3 weeks after finishing Zyban. I'm sure this is due to Zyban, as I (*-*)
