Nausea and a ton of weight gain
I would NOT recommend this birth control, I gained weight and it's has really affected me.
breast tenderness, significantly increased libido
Headaches; Breast pain, especially nipple; Easily irritated
Not really sure if it works since I have tested it, per say.

Not sure if my symptoms will get better or go away after my body adjusts to Patch. Going to give it 2 more months if symptoms don't subside going to stop using Patch.

XULANE (ETHINYL ESTRADIOL; NORELGESTROMIN): This patch contains combination hormone medication and is used to prevent pregnancy. It contains 2 hormones: a progestin (norelgestromin) and an estrogen (ethinyl estradiol). It works mainly by preventing the release of an egg (ovulation) during your menstrual cycle. It also makes vaginal fluid thicker to help prevent sperm from reaching an egg (fertilization) and changes the lining of the uterus (womb) to prevent attachment of a fertilized egg. If a fertilized egg does not attach to the uterus, it passes out of the body. I have been losing muscle tone and having severe leg cramps for many months - just thinking that I am getting old even though i am very active...but it occurred to me today when i couldn't walk the length of the mall that something is going on. Since Aciphex is the only medication I take, I'm glad to have found this website. It does help the GERD but I cannot continue with the leg muscle and joint problems and increasing weight gain. I wish I were more knowledgeable about the "natural" medications. They are not foolproof either. Guess I'll just stop eating.
bipolar disorder, severe depression
The most notorious side effect in me were the Hot Flashes, those hot flashes make you want to rip your clothes off!!, I had some pelvic pain and a lot of insomnia....I did not gain any weight, not 1 pound.

Don't do what I did! I thought, "Yeah, bad possible side effects, but...the gains!" Well, the gains are incredible, but impossible to keep, and the body's natural hormonal balance is so disturbed by Anadrol that you'll need estrogen blockers, other hormones, etc. just to compensate for paying for gains you can't keep. Don't!
Serious permanent side effects. Memory loss, fibromyalgia, chronic fatique, huge weight gain, arthritus, herniated discs, neck damage, swelling/fluid retention, allergies so severe surgery was required and fluid drains out my ears all day, IBS, headaches, mania, suicidal depression, post traumatic stress, susceptible to catch germs-colds. These are all PERMANENT and I haven't had a shot of lupron for 8 years.
It did not work for me. It was not worth it for me.
