After just one dose I had extreme intestinal distress. So bad I was thought I was having a very bad IBS attack. This lasted about 8 hours. I will NEVER take this medicine again! Never, for any reason.
Sleepiness so I take before going to bed
It gave me the flu. I took one pill and 4 hours later my throat became sore. By the next morning I had all the symptoms of the flu. It took a week to recover.
My insurance switched me to this from Flexiril. I took one tablet at bedtime and for the next 3 hours my heart raced like crazy. Won’t take it again.
The only thing I have is dry mouth and deafness.
This has really been very beneficial to take. Without, I would never be able to walk. This has been a life saver for me. Thank goodness my doctor put me on it for without this great medicine I would have no life at all.

I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TAKING THIS DRUG FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. TRY TO COME OFF WHATEVER YOUR ON NATURALLY AND TOUGH IT OUT. EAT BETTER, SLEEP BETTER, GET OUT THERE AND HAVE SOME SEX, EXERCISE EVERYDAY. BECAUSE ONCE YOU ARE ON SUBOXONE YOU DON'T HAVE CONTROL ANYMORE, YOUR BRAIN IS HIJACKED AND CANNOT HEAL UNTIL YOU STOP TAKING IT. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME AND THAT I HAVE THE POWER AND STRENGTH TO GET OFF THIS CRAP! OPIODS MAKE 15BILLION DOLLARS A YEAR FOR THE BIG PHARMA. LEGAL DRUG CARTELS. I had some diarrhea for a couple of weeks when I first started taking this medication, but it quickly subsided. (I started with 500mg 1 x day.) I think it's a quality drug for treating diabetes. My body has absolutely no side effects from it. Anyone who is just starting and having diarrhea or other gastric-type disturbances, hang in there. Once your body becomes accustomed to it, I think you'll find that it will subside. Then you'll have a good medication that doesn't make you go low and controls your diabetes.
This drug made me feel worse but it solves the problem but it's worth the side effects to clear the infection. Wrap it up people.
Coming off this thing is a nightmare.. I'm getting severe brain zaps and nausea, this drug is the devil.... innefective and terribly hard to come off of...
I feel the difference when I can't afford the medicine and miss a week. I am then totally wiped out and in severe pain causing me to miss work.
It's the best thing that's ever happened to me. I am productive at work, home and I am able to finally enjoy my family. I have regained control over my life and the respect of my family and co-workers. I haven't craved or used Meth or any other illegal substance and don't plan to. Thank goodness for Provigil, it has released me from my bondage and I might just be lucky enough to life longer than I would have if I hadn't been prescribed with this wonder drug. It's worth every penny.
I've experienced fatigue, forgetfulness(short term), depression, loss of motivation to do "anything"; I just don't feel and act like I used to.
Unusual vaginal bleeding and persistent nausea
I can stand the bleeding cuz i bled 3 months straight on the depo but i cant stand the hot flashes i got them in my pregnancy with my daughter who is turning 1 next month and i got nexplenton put in on jan.18,2016 and the hot flashes wemt away and they came bck a couple months ago. Plus i have a vitamin d diffencentcy plus my vitamin b is almost low. Me and birth control dont mix and i keep forgetting the pill cuz thats the only one that does work. I also ovulated on depo cuz i was on it for 5 years.
I just started taking aciphex. It's been less than a week but my reflux seems much worse. I wake up finding my chest enlarged from so much reflux. I have to call my doctor today and let her know. I don't know why it's not working!
