Stomach issues with stabbing pains etc, daily. Some nausea is taken on empty stomach. Frequent urination. All over muscle pain with fatigue. Weight loss of about 12 lbs.
SYNJARDY (EMPAGLIFLOZIN; METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE): This medication is a combination of 2 drugs: empagliflozin and metformin. It is used with a proper diet and exercise program to control high blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes. Controlling high blood sugar helps prevent kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, loss of limbs, and sexual function problems. Proper control of diabetes may also lessen your risk of a heart attack or stroke. This medication works by helping to restore your body's proper response to the insulin you naturally produce. It also increases the removal of sugar by your kidneys, decreases how much sugar is made in your liver, and decreases how much sugar your body takes in through your stomach and intestines. I took this with 81 mg of aspirin, 30 minutes prior. Taken at bed time. Burning, flushing, taunt swollen skin .Althou not always, about 2 times amonth, it was unbearable. When I went outside in the sunlight I burned very quickly, my skinhurt. Now 5 months after starting this I hurt everywhere. Just trying to move, getting out of the car for example, shiftng around in bed, simple things, where painful and difficult. My joints and muscles hurt, I had a huge bout of joint pain. Also the longer I took it the more I realized I was sleeping worse. This went on for weeks until I read on this site about other peoples reactions and the TV commericals about joint and muscle pain when taking this drug. So I quit! Immeditaly all the pain went away and I am sleeping much better. Do not take this DRUG. Dont let anyboday tell you its OK, these side affects mean it is not OK with your body.

I had at one time been on Wellbutrin SR at one time, and reacted much differently to it.
I've got Endometriosis and High Blood Pressure. I'm a student so due to no insurance I went to my local health department and was given this to try. I only took TWO pills but I noticed an immediate change in my body. After a few hours of taking this med I was extremely tired. I had absolutely no energy. I also found myself extremely irritated with the sound of my brothers voice?? What's up with that..right? At one point I even asked him to shut up. That only led to an argument...which I'm sure I won. By day two my blood pressure (which by the way was doing so well due to my new exercise regiment that I no longer needed to take my pills) spiked to 143/99 and my pulse dropped to 55 beats per minute. Needless to say I quickly popped two blood pressure pills. I also noticed extreme bloating and edema in my legs. This is a terrible drug! Please be SO so so careful and fully informed before using this cream! Absolutely fuming, when I was prescribed this medication the nurse did not inform me at all of the risks...she told me to dab bits on the warts, not rub it in and wash off whenever i wake up. All she explained was it helps fight the virus. Due to being completely uninformed I applied the cream to the warts, got dressed for bed and went to sleep.In the morning I have not experienced pain like it, its excruciating. Every part of my vagina has swelled up and it is completely unrecognizable, it is red raw and when I urinate it is like urinating razor blades. My vagina skin is purple, blue and black. I held an iced pack wrapped in a towel as pain relief and co-codamol which helped slightly. Things seemed to be improving today with less pain but still ridiculous swelling... when suddenly i started bleeding and my skin has burst in places. I cant move/walk. I am so upset because if the nurse had taken the time to explain

I am shocked by the other ratings. My pain was so intense, all I could do was cry. After taking Flexril for 6 wks with no relief, my doctor prescribed Skelaxin. Within 1 hour of my first dose, I had no pain. The spasms did return the next day but, the meds continued to work quickly after dosing. Within 3 days, I really did not need to rely on the pill. I am completely happy with this drug.
Dry mouth due to Sjogren's Syndrome
I do notice when I miss a pill. No noticeable side effects. Getting older with deteriorating knees I may have to find another drug before I do a knee replacement.
