Joint pain in hands, especially thumbs, and knees. Knee pain comes and goes, but the thumb pain is pretty bad. Cut dose in half and pain has lessened quite a bit. Plan to continue to reduce dose and stop taking, to ameliorate pain!!!
Also causes constipation, anxiety.
After about 6 months it stopped working.I would take a dose early in the morning and about 4 hours later I would be falling asleep.
Some tiredness in afternoon. Doctor added Modafanil before 12 noon.
Seems to also have antidepressant effect on me, which is helpful.
As time passes it became less effective.I don't get any benefits from it.I take a dose early in the morning and in 4 or 5 hours I'm falling asleep.
headache initially, but only upon first dose...took 2 Aspirin and it went away
I would recommend this product, if you are sleepy during the day, this works. Ask your doctor if it is an option for you.

It helped a LOT. 150mg got me from being a depressive sludge and a danger to self back to some kind of normality. This was after SSRIs hadn't helped, and Venlafaxine had but not for long.

Ppl shouldn't take antibiotics for bv or dysbiosis. The reason they have these conditions is because they have a compromised immune system (stress, food sensitivities, poor diet, overuse of antibiotics, etc). Address the cause, not the symptoms. If a boat had a hole in it, would you shovel water or plug the hole?
Only lately memory issues but may just be age😃Wondering if anyone taking such a low dose and how they stopped
