Several of my family members got Covid and took the recommended dosage determined by their weight. They took ivermectin within a 24 hour period testing positive. Not one of them got sick. Including my 12 year old granddaughter. She felt bad with a fever and it reversed very fast. Ivermectin is z as an antiviral. It's a shame the FDA has not approved it for Covid-19. Many lives could have been saved.
I've been taking Ivermectin (the human version) since Feb 2021 for Covid prophylaxis. I stopped when cases dropped and started taking it again about 6 weeks ago when Delta cases began to spike. 13.5mg twice a week. No side effects other than I've remained Covid free despite being exposed multiple times!!
Has worked well for Covid prevention and no adverse effects.

It took away all my anxiety and depression, but unfortunately I can not take this drug due to well....feeling close to death either by skin abscess infections that grow and double and very slow to heal even on antibiotics! or I felt something like brain swelling and pounding that was just frightening (while at rest) This lyrica had me scared I was going to die one night—I know some people it really helps their neuropathy and such, but this was POISON for me personally.
Turned into a complete zombie, rapid weight gain, speech problems, sense of being chemically lobotomised, blurred vision, difficulties in walking, zero libido, from excellent blood works to very bad blood works within weeks.I eventually faked the intake and took it only the day of blood sample. That probably saved me.Psychiatrist does not know what they administer, or worse, they know.
Worked OK on a low dose (25mg) initialy for sleeping and depression. But anxiety was always present and as my dosage increased to 100mg so did the other side effects until taking the drug became unbearable. I amost "lost my mind" and forgot how to speak my language and associate with others.
Iam on day 7 and holy shat... very groggy all day.. i try to take it early in the evening so i can maybe function the next day. but doesnt really work.I dont really feel much as in i feel numb and spaced out...though my racing thoughts are completely gone which is a great relief. i take 30mg perhaps taking 15mg might be better.. always hungry...im going to have to really watch that. from what i read here weight gain is going to happen. i dont think i will be continuing this drug much longer.

No negative side affects so far and I have had very bad luck with BC in the past. I have actually lost a few pounds since I started taking Jolessa (generic).
Has Worked very Well for the Pain after haveing my Tooth Pulled have not Had to Take 2 at a time Just One Tab is working Very well for the pain

The side effects I experience with Vivelle are the same as the other patches, pills, and creams. On any form of Estradiol I experience EXTREME anxiety, with no external cause whatsoever, along with dizziness, insomnia, roaring and ringing in the ears, memory loss, confusion, cognitive difficulty, and more. Hysterectomy has indeed destroyed my life. The symptoms I experience are the same as with no hormone replacement, except at least I don't have hot flashes when using Estradiol. I wanted for nearly four years for the hit flashes and insomnia to stop, while taking no estrogen. It never got any better. If you have no ovaries, you cannot take estrogen without these horrific side effects, and you cannot get past menopause (meaning the symptoms never pass) what are we supposed to do? I've suffered from SEVERE anxiety, but not depression. However, after several years, it's wearing me down. Living this way is no life at all. No doctor has been able to help me. Also, it is important to note that I tried progesterone and it made me feel even WORSE. I seem to be having the polar opposite / a parodoxical reaction to any kind of hormone replacement therapy. Herbal and alternative therapies don't work for hot flashes at all. If anybody has any suggestions, or if anyone else has experience something similar, I'd love to hear about it. So far, I literally cannot find even one person who reported the same kind of experience.
