Excellent, use to have a-fib every 14-21 days. After this drug, no a-fibs .
chills -fever-night sweats- joint pain-nausea-vomiting-muscle aches- malaise-very bad taste (even water) - felt as if i was poisoning myself- headache also with stiff neck
I discontinued the med myself - and body is still trying to clear this and hopefully will be able to get back to feeling normal again - usually active, busy type but now unable to stay up and around very long
I'll die without this drug, it's wonderful. It controls my A-fib.
had a lot of problems with propafenone, but as soon as I switched to Rythmol SR, everything became so smooth and wonderful, I was amazed. No more atrial fibrillation and a lot more quality of life again.

i started taking rythmol after trying sotolol, which was effective in controlling my fibs but led to easy fatigue. after two months wanted out because rythmol was only partially effective, but my doctor recommended adding 25 mg of metoprolol tartrate daily. the combination has worked beautifully for 10 weeks now-- no fibs and no fatigue. i'm delighted. also, met tart is cheap.
RYTHMOL SR (PROPAFENONE HYDROCHLORIDE): This medication is used to help prevent certain types of serious (possibly fatal) irregular heartbeat (such as paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia and atrial fibrillation). It is used to help maintain a regular, steady heartbeat. Propafenone is known as an anti-arrhythmic drug. It works by blocking the activity of certain electrical signals in the heart that can cause an irregular heartbeat. I get sick every time I take it even when I eat

extremely tired at end of work day with no unusually different work day. I notice this even with verylow dosage (5mg) in addition to Zetia (which has not resulted in side effects) and have independently stopped/started twice same result.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist if there are any alternatives to erythromycin. Maybe it's because I'm taking a high dosage of it daily, but I've never experienced such stomach pain in my life. The pharmacist told me I should eat before taking the medication to lessen the stomach pains, and even on a very full stomach I am experiencing horrible stomach pains. It's about 4 in the morning and my last dosage was at about 11PM. I've tried researching ways to lessen the effects of stomach pain caused by erythromycin to no avail. I'm seriously considering calling my doctor and asking for an alternative to erythromycin because it's just too much for me to handle.
I am an extremely health person I eat healthly, i work out daily and i live a healthy life style. I switched from my previous birth control Ortho-tri cyclen lo to Ovcon for Cyst control. I never had any previous side effects with my previous Birth control usage and i've only been on Ovcon for 2 weeks and the side effects have been terrible. I stopped the pill because it literally is not interfering with my day to day living. Jeans that fit me 3 days ago i can't even get one leg into them. my body typically loses anywhere from 1-3 lbs a week easily with constant exercise and healthy diet. The mood swings, anixety and depression are unbearable and these are things i have never had a problem with until i tried this pill. I'm now having to go through detox sessions at my dr's to try and get this crap out of my body. I would NEVER recommend this to ANYONE and i am shocked they can prescribe this to people. Terrible terrible form of birth control. do not take!
Some fading of memory at higher dose
