Side Effects for Ranitidine hcl (ranitidine hydrochloride)

Few night sweats and occasional strange dreams. But much rather these side affects. My symptoms of hours of upper stomach stabbing pains has completely disappeared.

After taking this pill i have had nausea, stomach cramps, burping and hasn't helped at all. I stopped taking it. Strangely, i bought Zantac from Walmart and took it twice daily for 3 days and i feel a lot better. I recently have discovered Zantac is ranitidine. I don't understand why Ranitidine makes me feel sick and Zantac doesn't. Only thing i can think of is Zantac is 75mg and Ranitidine is 150mg.

Ranitidine has helped me significantly with my acid reflux, with no side effects. I am very pleased!

stomoch problems-burping, cramps

I take it at nights. Every morning when I get up I have an upset stomoch and some slight pain. I also have been wondering what is causing impotence and I just found out today on the Web that it is a side effect of this drug.

No side effects after taking it for 2 weeks.

Still not helping completely at nite, but it is getting better!

Great med. Has helped me quite a bit.

RANITIDINE HCL (RANITIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE): Ranitidine is used to treat ulcers of the stomach and intestines and prevent them from coming back after they have healed. This medication is also used to treat certain stomach and throat (esophagus) problems (such as erosive esophagitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease-GERD, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome). It works by decreasing the amount of acid your stomach makes. It relieves symptoms such as cough that doesn't go away, stomach pain, heartburn, and difficulty swallowing. Ranitidine belongs to a class of drugs known as H2 blockers. This medication is also available without a prescription. It is used to prevent and treat heartburn and other symptoms caused by too much acid in the stomach (acid indigestion). If you are taking this medication for self-treatment, it is important to read the manufacturer's package instructions carefully so you know when to consult your doctor or pharmacist. I am extremely tired, the first month I took it in the morning and made me extremely nauseous, this is the second month I am taking it at night and has helped with the nausea. I have also gained weight, which is about 10 lbs over the past 2 months, a lot of water weight I can tell, along with bloating. Some moodiness and headaches.

Off balance, confusion, can think of words to say, sometimes feel lightheaded and faint, at times unable to take a deep breath or yawn, feel tired all of a sudden during the day, anxiety and panic attacks, no appetite(lost 10 lbs) nausea, heartburn, ringing in my ears, hands get very cold, getting more clumsy with hands, hard to grasp things, dry eyes and throat during the night, feels like throat wants to close especially when eating, have more mucus production.

Irregular heartbeat, Heart palpitations, dry mouth, insomnia, feeling like I want to pass out, jittery.

A1C dropped from 6.2 to 5.8 after a month and lost weight. Around the third month of taking Trulicity, I began having horrible smelling sulphur burps and flatulence. Hopefully it figuratively and literally.

Jittery, anxious, couldn’t sit still.

This is my third day on generic wellbutrin sr. The first 2 days were wonderful! I had so much energy and a healthy sex drive. The only bad thing was the first night, I woke up frequently and in a cold sweat. Second night was just very vivid dreams. Today the effects seem to be wearing off (which is why I gave it a 3). I hope they come back because it felt great.

1st dose October 2020. Mild effects. Arm sore the next day or so (from shoulder to elbow). Injection turned red, hot (size about the same as the palm of my hand). Gone within a day to two. All in all - no regrets. It wasn't bad at all.

Well, I have been on it for 3 months and I am very happy. I have no mood swings, I am able to laugh, cry, be sad, etd. at the proper times. I heve experinced some side effects. the speed feeling for a few weeks, bad orgasms ok now, sleepy, it is going away, missed a dose and had that weird head syndrome. I was a heavy beer drinker and now cant stand the taste of alcohol of any kind! I liked drinkng and the Effexor took that away.Saves me $$$.Kinda took to coffee real heavy though it has been tapering off. I may have weight gain as I quit the beer thing of at least 6 pK A and I have lost no weight. But I am happy. Oh yea, I am kinda having a hard time thinking of certain words at times.
