QTERN (DAPAGLIFLOZIN PROPANEDIOL; SAXAGLIPTIN HYDROCHLORIDE): This medication is a combination of 2 drugs: dapagliflozin and saxagliptin. It is used with a proper diet and exercise program to control high blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes. Controlling high blood sugar helps prevent kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, loss of limbs, and sexual function problems. Proper control of diabetes may also lessen your risk of a heart attack or stroke. Dapagliflozin works by increasing the removal of sugar by your kidneys. Saxagliptin works by increasing levels of natural substances called incretins. Incretins help to control blood sugar by increasing insulin release, especially after a meal. They also decrease the amount of sugar your liver makes. (Sources: U.S. Centers for Medicare Services, FDA)

OK, I admit, it did pull me out of the darkest hole my sole has ever known and for a while it made me feel like i could do and acheive anything but it kind of stopped working after three months but there's no way I'm gonig up in my dose...the symptoms that are visible make me wonder what awful 'invisible' dangers it presents to my body. IT TOOK ME OUT OF A BLACKER THAN BLACK HOLE AND NOW I'VE REMEMBERED THAT LIFE IS ACTUALLY WORTH LIVING IT'S UP TO ME TO STAY OUT OF THE HOLE WITHOUTTHE USE OF THESE REALLY HEAVY, POSSIBLY VERY TOXIC DRUGS.

i got the reglan IV push and as soon as it hit my bloodstream, I immediately had a feeling of impending doom. I became anxious and couldn't sit still. Literally was climbing the walls and trying to get out of the hospital. My legs felt restless and I couldn't stop moving them. My mom was with me and she got real nervous. Finally I was able to talk and said, "get the doctor". I'm an RN and I had no clue this was a side effect. Scared me so bad that the Anestheiologist had to come give me a sedative.

no sex drive, painful intercourse, migraines, slight weight gain, cant concentrate, mood swings

Seems to be a good med for me because I did NOT respond to SSRIs, and because I wanted to lose some weight, and because I take another antidepressant, so I wanted something to counteract the sexual side effects of that. XL worked much much better than SR for me. I take it in the morning, because it tends to keep me awake.

I had terrible post nasal drip with a cough that remained after an upper respiratory infection. I couldn't smell anything. Xyzal stopped it immediately. I can taste and smell again! I'm not coughing or blowing my nose! I had tried Claritin, Zyrte, Allegra, and even neti pots to no avail.

My son was put on singulair when he was 15 months for very bad asthma and allergies, It worked great for him untill things started that i have just linked to the pill. I can't pin point when they started but the last year things where getting worse and then the braking point was it has been 3 months of night terrors everynight, I could not tkae it any ore and took him off, it has been 3 weeks and what a change already, Im so sorry that i waiting so long.

I took Yasmin for 2 years and switched to Yaz when it came out because my doctor recommended it. i was having very heavy and crampy periods. I know have been taking yaz for 2 years and love it but for the passed 6 months have been having serious breakthrough bleeding in the middle of my periods. my doctor just changed me to desogen becuase it has more progesterone which supposedly is what keeps the lining in tact and should stop breakthrough bleeding. apparently yaz has very low doses of hormones. If it werent for the breakthrough bleeding i would have never switched!! im nervous about this new pill :(
