Side Effects for Proctofoam hc (hydrocortisone acetate; pramoxine hydrochloride)

Works awesome 😎. Saved my ass for real! Only day one but I’ll come back after the 3rd day to update

Proctofoam works well. The anisthetic kicks in rather quickly and takes away any pain. I have irritable bowel syndrome and occasionally have a bad bowel movement that makes my anus feel like it's on fire. Proctofoam helps a great deal, though I only felt the effects of the anisthetic and not the steriod component.

This is my 3rd time on W. The first time was great! It removed the fog. I had to go on Lorazepam, though, to help with sleep because of W. The second time, after another particularly challenging period of time, I couldn't stay on it. I developed this weird eyebrow tick as soon as I started and it stopped as soon as I got off. Sleep is the biggest problem for me on or off W, but on W, it's worse. Manageable, though, and very much worth it. Slight increase in sexual function (specifically, stronger erection, wilder orgasm).

Went from Diovan to Avapro due to indigestion issues, now await another medicine solution. Going through chemotherapy and need to stay within this family of drugs. It is a process of elimination and me being the guinea pig.

Helped with allergies but not worth the side effects.

I have had RLS since I was a child. Everyone thought I was crazy when I told them that, some nights, I felt like little bugs were crawling under the skin of my legs. I often had difficulty sleeping, and stressful situations made the problem much worse. By the time I was in my 20's, my doctors gave me mild tranquilizers, then anti-anxiety meds, to relieve my occasional symptoms. I found that .125mg of Xanax worked really well on those days when the symptoms were really bad, but my doctor discouraged it, because it's supposed to be addictive. Going through menopause was a real treat; the symptoms became almost unbearable. Last year, my doctor put me on Mirapex (.375mg every night), and it works great; however, if I try to lower the dosage or stop taking it, my symptoms come back with a vengence.

Not worth the risk in most cases.

I love this product... have tried cold turkey many times, as well as Allen Carr's book, which helped a lot with the mindset, but not with the physical withdrawal symptoms of quitting. I find it incredibly easy to not smoke, I stopped sooner than I should have as well, it's weird, just wasn't enjoying it.. So the bad breath and the lack of stress is the worst for me? My boyfriend won't come near me and I don't get any work done.... but it's not for long.. then I will be free from this mistake (smoking) forever.
