Side Effects for Piqray (alpelisib)
Biggest side effect is hyperglycemia, cannot get under control with metformin. Causing me to loose weight because everything I eat cause significant increase in glucose.
Started at 300 mg, dropped to 250, now at 200 mgI'm ready to stop
skin rash, food tastes like cardboard
dropped my CA 15 3 marker significantly
Some people have a rough time with side effects. I was able to manage them with meds.
Mild hair loss that tapered off to just hair thinned a bitOccasional diarrhea
This helped remove many cancerous tumors

The first sinus spray steroid that really has worked for me. Good stuff! I have used Nasonex off and on for the past year or so. I wonder what is in it that makes it work so much better than the others I have tried?
When I first decided to use the Nuva Ring, I was very excited. I hadn't had sex in almost a year, so I was more that clear of not having any issues with my female organs. Might I add that I started on it a few months after having a myomectomy. It saddens my heart that I was not able to stick with this form of contraception, but it is what it is. The unpleasant feeling after intimacy, as well as the discharge, just wasn't worth it. We are different. Just because it didn't work for me, doesn't mean that it won't work for you...to each his own. In closing, I must admit that I'm feeling much better now since I've discontinued my use of the Nuva Ring. Good luck!

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE to people is WRONG. people that needed help. Topamax helped with headaches and pain but it took away a persons hair in exchange. That's wrong.
Took this pill after having it on my table for 4 months...Was scared, as the list of side effects was so scary sounding. Then I finally took it one day when I got brave and OH boy....18 hours later I got a pain/ache in my lower back side...It felt like it was in an organ.....went to bed and I could not turn my body or sleep on my right side as it hurt so much. Could hardly sleep and at 6am it spread to my back...just that quick. Then it spread to my hip and joint area and the pain was so severe I was having like I have never had before...Like in the core of my very bone...I could not walk, or sit as the pain was so intense. My Dr. gave me Vicodin to take every 2-4 hours for this #10 on the scale pain......What a poison pill this crap is and approved by the FDA....OMG the most severe pain I have ever had. Long lasting for a week...on Pain meds. Never take this pill ever again. POISON use at your own risk...should be labeled on this medication!!!
Only stomach aches but desappearing after 4 days of taking it. Now I can take the Cortef without food.
I try to only take them 3 times a week because of the addiction possibility. I take one 15 mg capsule. They help me to get a great night's sleep.
I have noticed a difference between generic and name brand. The last generic I had seem to work like the named but the capsuls where the same. The generic I have now is not capsulated the same and seems to work differently. All forms have been XL. If anyone has any intellegent insight on this please email mail.
