I'm no longer taking this medication.
I'e now been off of this drug for about 9 months. I must say that for the last two months I have felt like myself again. My period had come back after three years that very first month and I've been regular ever since. I'm super happy to be a woman again especially since I'm getting up in age and feel like I lost years to the unnatural effects of the drug. I do want to say that I'll never forget that time in my life as the worst experience ever but I'm happy to say I am back to myself as much as I could ever hope for. Please just love each day and move forward because as much as it seems impossible it really is life changing as soon as your body gets rid of the medicine.

Horrible drug. Weakness, fatigue, shakiness, headaches, bloating, blood sugar spikes and drops, and messed with my TSH levels horribly sending me from hypothyroidism to hyperthyroidism non stop.
This medicine is controlling my BP; First time that I have had Normal readings consistently. the side effects are bearable for now. I take the Bystolic at the same time daily.
my list of side effects is not complete it could go on and on. I have severe pain all the time everywhere, but mostly now in my knee joints where I am unable to sit, rise from sitting or go down stairs.
I won't take this drug again. First, it only works for about 4-5 hours. I took it before bed. At first it makes you very tired, but about 5 hrs after falling asleep I woke up and felt very anxious. I could not get back to sleep. Both nights I took this I had the exact same experience of insomnia and anxiety. I also experienced extreme dry mouth and the day after taking this I felt nauseous and depressed. This drug was NOT worth the side effects and I only took TWO doses!
My daughter took this one time after a recommendation from her doctor. Within an hour her heart was racing and she had a small panic attack. This has never happened to her, ever. Praying she wakes up tomorrow feeling better.
I am taking this med. because I rarely can have a period naturally and I need help. I was doing okay by having short periods the last couple months, but over the last 7 weeks nothing. So, I knew it was time for provera which always does the trick. I am on day 8 out of 10 and my head is pounding as i type. It is very hard to work, while taking this medication and I fear what's coming because the periods from this med. are intense and painful and scary. I have some much abdominal pain and I bleed a lot. So, it is definite that I would not take this med. if i didnt have to because the side effects are pretty awful. But I have no other choice because birth control affected me worse and is not safe, in my opinion. What I would do for a regular menstrual cycle and to never have to take this medication!! :/
Don't take this med unless you are prepared for liftoff for sure ! Uggg works fast to fix illness but causes other problema

i have no insurance so i purchase the generic. i was on lexapro for 2 years, pristiq for 2 weeks. lexapro made me want to sleep all the time, plus no sex drive and weight gain. i don't know that i was on pristiq long enough for it to do anything. once again, no insurance so i can't afford it. i don't know why my doctor even put me on it... when i had all 3 drugs in my system..wow, that was awful!! and awful is an understatement!! the wellbutrin seems to be good for my sex drive, but that's it. i'm gaining weight with wellbutrin, and that makes me angry as well. but everything seems to lately. i was prescribed 300mg per day, i started by taking 150mg per day. now i take 150mg one day, 300mg the next. i keep hoping it's going to work but i have been strongly encouraged by family and friends to find something else because this isn't working for me. they tell me i'm a totally different person. i'm usually so laid back, and not one to speak up. i still don't speak up, esp. to the ones that
