OXYBUTYNIN (OXYBUTYNIN): Oxybutynin is used to treat an overactive bladder. By relaxing the muscles in the bladder, oxybutynin improves symptoms such as the inability to control urination (incontinence), feeling that one has to urinate (urgency), and having to go to the bathroom often (frequency). This medication belongs to the class of drugs known as antispasmodics. This medication is not recommended for use in children younger than 5 years of age. Consult your doctor for more information. Unless otherwise directed by your doctor, the over-the-counter product should only be used by adult women who have symptoms of overactive bladder for at least 2 months. For over-the-counter products, carefully read the package instructions to make sure the product is right for you. Check the ingredients on the label even if you have used the product before. The manufacturer may have changed the ingredients. Also, products with similar names may contain different ingredients meant for different purposes. Taking the wrong product could harm you. I've been suffering from near constant migraines for years and this has taken a lot of the severity away, making it so I can function better. I take 60 mg at night, which makes the drowsiness/dizziness easier to handle, and had been losing weight at an alarming rate before taking it (although that's started again). I've also noticed that a lot of the tremours in my legs from a separate back injury subsided, which was a pleasant surprise. As far as vivid dreams go, I've always been blessed with them so that hasn't changed. I do find myself waking often some nights with one obsessive thought running through my head over and over. It's usually something I have absolutely no interest in, which is really irritating.

Dry mouth, very sensitve inside my mouth and on my tongue, anyone else get that? Mild constapation.

Warning: if you think this is a great drug...just wait. These side effects will eventually get to you! It took me 4yrs and now I have been in pain for 1 yr and still in pain after 4 months off of it. It will ruin your life. It needs to be taken off the market!

OK.. I was on ortho Tri cyclen lo for 6 years and I loved it. my doctor switched me to ortho micronor 2 months ago because of my high blood pressure (ortho Tri cyclen lo increased my chances of having a stroke because of the estrogen in the pills).. but anyway I don't like it! my period stopped immediately and I have already gained 5 pounds. I have been bloated for the past 5 days and my skin is starting to break out! I am also having trouble falling asleep at night (hence why I am on here at 5am leaving a review lol) but I am mostly terrified at not having a period... I feel the need to take a pregnancy test every month :( but I wouldn't recommend this pill.. I was aware of the fact that my period may stop and I was also comfortable because micronor and ortho-lo are made by the same company. BUT I simply cannot deal with these changes. I am very unhappy I am going to see my doctor about getting on another type of birth control... if I could I would definitely switch back to ortho Tri cyclen lo.. (feel free to contact me via email if you have any questions or concerns)

It worked for my depression, BUT...the withdrawal side effects were debilitating. Vertigo, wanted to scratch my skin off my body, brain zaps, overwhelming fatigue, tinnitus, headache, brain fog, nausea. Within 2 days of not having the medication, I was completely unable to function on my own. I had to have my sister go and pick up my prescription for me, because I was unable to walk without holding onto walls, let alone get in the car and drive. Within 30 minutes of taking the medication, my symptoms had started to subside.

I take womens vitamins, calcium chews, fish oil and tums.Caltrate works as well as oscal and calcium supplementvitamins. I try to exercise daily, and of course a healthy diet. Their are herbs that are great for building bone density, like horsetail (which is an herb) and others.
