had bad migraines, started taking topamax, i have all the side effect as everyone. tingling in feet and hands and in face. My memory is crazy. Its hard to hold a job and some times i cant remember my name. I had botox added because it was approved by the FDA. That was a life saver. It has helped to take the extra pain that i was having when i was curled in a ball and wanting to kill myself. I was taking 2-3 showers a day just for relieve. If you can get shot, i get in forehead, neck and shoulders.

This drug is very good for anxiety and insomnia. However it is addictive and should be used with caution.

This is the first med that has HELPED with my depression and chronic pain. I was started at 30mg and bumped up to 60mg after 1.5 months. It has almost eliminated my anxiety. I don't fly off the handle. I FEEL HUMAN!!! I am consistantly losing weight and I'm really not complaining about the increase in my sex drive! LOVE IT!
This drug lets you SLEEP. I'm 5'10.5", 180lbs, and on an empty stomach, it makes you very drowsy...sleep is possible within a half hour to an hour. Recently had flu symptoms and a fever. I took fluids, but could not sleep due to muscle aches all over my body, headaches and some pretty bizarre dreams/thoughts. Took 2 Advil Liqui-Gels as recommended - result was 12 hours of uninterrupted sleep - felt much better the second day.
I tried to treat my UTI without any antibiotics for about a week, with lots of water, rest, and various supplements, including unsweetened cranberry concentrate, and daily doses of Vitamins B12 C, E, and cod liver oil. I also stopped taking any sugar, coffee, alcohol, or carb-rich foods. My plan was to flush out and starve out the bacteria. I then used a dipstick purchased at the pharmacy to test for bacteria and white blood cells. The bacteria was gone but I was still positive for white blood cells. I have anxiety to begin with. I was having heart palpitations so bad I went to E.R.! Through process of elimination I have come to the conclusion it's the Pepcids I'm taking! I thought my anxiety was getting way worse. I'm sitting here feeling like my heart is pounding and fluttering. It sucks! I don't recommend this pill.
