I came down with thrush days after starting this medication. It did not go away with treatment until I stopped taking Advair.

Two tablets only but still feel gradually decreasing effects 4 days since ceasing medication. I suggest that if you are allergic to anything at all you should avoid Bactrim.
I took Ortho Tri-Cyclen years ago and eventually had to switch to TriNessa for insurance purposes. I have taken TriNessa for about three years now. I would experience the mood swings, depression, and lack of sexual desire. It only recently occurred to me that it may be from TriNessa. I went for my yearly pap and asked about Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo. My doctor gave me a prescription which I placed, through a mail order service via my insurance, and received it today. Researching my new prescription, I stumbled upon this website, which I am so happy I did. I, now, come to find out that TriNessa was the culprit of my mental madness and what's worse, has been recalled. I am so pissed that the mail order company had not notified me. I just e-mailed them a nice complaint. Thank you ladies for all the great information. I am very confident in my decision to switch back to name brand, and hopefully my cup size increases as did some of the other women’s.
Had the usual symptoms of extreme fatigue and headache for about 30 hours. Felt significantly better after that, so I started to ease back into my usual routine. On day 4, got clobbered with a repeat of the fatigue and headaches. Not as bad as the first time, but still enough to put me back on the couch. Day 7, I feel pretty good but still not back to normal. And I woke up with painful bumps on the sides of my tongue. I finished the Pfizer COVID vaccines 3 months ago. I suspect that it was too close to the Shingrix vaccine. For me the symptoms were identical.
I loved NR for the first two years but now I'm starting to realize why I am having all these side effects. I have no medical conditions, NR has caused terrible chest pains! Not to mention terrible migraines to the point where my head throbs so much It makes me want to blow up. My mood swings are outrageous. I have no desire to have sex sometimes, took out NR for two months and my sex drive increased.

Honestly this has been the worst medication I've ever taken, and I've tried a lot. It helps bring down the highs (and is the only one that does that for me, so far) but it comes at a huge cost. My pdoc described the side effects as "pseudo-dementia" when I was on a higher dosage. I'm also experiencing terrible aches in my bones, and now I'm trying to get myself tested for bone loss (this isn't uncommon with depakote!). I hate it! Also the weight gain is terrible... dieting just makes it worse.
