Side Effects for Metromidol (metronidazole)

BLOATING, nausea, depression, nervous

I have only been on this for 4 days and it has helped clear up acute pain in conjunction with Levofloxacin, but I have never taken anything so insidious!I am determined to clear this illness up, but HATE this drug/combo. I feel like I weigh 10 lbs heavier than normal and have to wear loose clothing from bloat.

Decreased sex drive, could not orgasm. Very hyper and restless.

I've always had high metabolism and low appetite, was 6'3", 150lb and hated it. In two months, I gained thirty pounds and have never been happier with my self-image in my life. This was the miracle drug I had been waiting for for years and while the side effects were annoying at worst, they were well worth the advantages.

MEMORY DROP – two episodes in 12 hours (one week after procedure).

Extreme stomach ailments, racing heart and thoughts. Could not sleep nor eat. 2 days of this poison combined with keflex (for ear infection) have sent me into utter paranoia to ever take any antibiotic. I have had anxiety issues prior to taking this garbage, but to be sent into utter panic attacks all day for days after stopping the mess is something far more than my normal anxiety issues. I hope others will read this and never take this.

no side effects. at first i was taking too much (10 mg) and experienced light headedness. but went back down to 5 mg and have had no problems.

I take less than 5 MG several times a week. Go right to bed and sleep soundly all night. I believe the key to this is taking 5 mg or less. It is a wonder drug in this potency!

wonderful drug that keeps my heart regular as long as i take it religiously.

Generally felt run down. Constant nausea. Headaches. After 2 days on flagl i developed swollen painful glands in my armpits. Its the third day and they are still hurting.

Swelling of lips. Numbness & tingling of lips, chin, nose and around eyes. Difficulty swallowing.

I think the symptoms that everyone is explaining is exactly what is supossed to be going on. I was first diagnosed with HPVGW and given the AlDara cream to diminish the warts and it was successful, however, I do think that most of you are using this incorrectly, which is causing you to have the very painful and blistering side effects. If you see the wart is shrinking then you need to ease up on the amount of cream you are using. This cream is like an acid and will eat away at your skin causing you to develop an open soar and yes it can look similar to herpes but don't be alarmed. The bottle says to use 3X's at week at nighttime, rub into the affected area but try not to touch un-infected areas. Rub directly onto the wart and no where else is what my doctor had explained to me. You don't have to use it until you develop a soar, I believe with experience in using this for a year and half now, if you just keep applying it until the wart disappears, then you might only need one or two more applications. The best thing for you to do is not itch the area, it will just cause you to be soar, try rubbing vaseline or some type of petroleum jelly on the area to keep form rubbing other areas as well. This is the best advice I can give and it seems to work for me. I have only had a max of maybe 4 warts in 2 years and they all have been diminished my the cream.
