Lynparza (olaparib) Side Effects, Uses Dosages

Side Effects for Lynparza (olaparib)

In the beginning nausea. Relieved with accupuncture and short lived. Went away after 2 months. Main side effect is really bad depression. I am on meds now and it's better but not totally.

Depression I believe is an under reported side effect. It helps my cancer so I will take it though

I just realized that the problems I’ve been having may be linked to my silly addiction to Nicorette gum. I was a very rare smoker, but tried the gum when my husband had it around and loved the little kick it gave me. I got addicted to it. I’ve been cheeing it constantly for years- except a brief period when I quit. I recently developed mouth sores that lasted for weeks. I also have needed extensive dental work even though I take very good care of my teeth and see the dentist regularly. My hair is thinning and I have extremely dry skin and aching joints. I have problems sleeping. I don’t know if these are all related, but noticed that many other reviewers have the same problems. I will be quitting for sure. The moth sores are scary and I thought the dental problems were because I grind my teeth so badly. Maybe if I quit the Nicorette I won’t grind!

third day of use: nausea, very dry mouth, headache.Removed patch and felt fine after an hour or so.

syringomyelia from car accident

So far it's really helped me manage my anxiety, taken the edge off, which has helped me apply some CBT tech's. I am very worried about addiction, but to be honest, living your life in constant panic attacks,to the point you have no quality of life- well it's a risk i am willing to take. I strongly advise seeking CBT therapy too though :)

I take this med off and on. When my reflux really acts up and not getting relief from OTC's (Pepcid Complete)I take this for a few months about every 2 - 3 years. I also have a Hiatial Hernia and I think it just gets inflamed. A few month on this med helps it heal I think. I also sleep better. This really works for me but for those who would like to try this option be careful coming off this drug. You need to wean yourself off or you can get a rebound effect.

Muscle fatigue,cramping.Palpitations.General ill feeling-like the flu.

It helped take my fever down and recover from the flu quicker, but I would rather suffered with the flu a little longer than feeling the way I do now!! Absolutely do not take this if you've ever had any history of anxiety, depression, or mental illness!!

severe headaches, stiff neck, nausea- I could only take 3 days because I was so sick

fever, chills, back ache, cough, eyes burning, sensitive skin
