For the negative effects about Invega trinza, I was very slow, tired, and honestly mostly sleeping for about 14 hours a day. I would say a lack of motivation and an extreme lack of focus.The number one thing that bothered and devastated me the most was increase in WEIGHT GAIN. For example, I’m 5’6 and my normal, my fit, my weight is a little under 115lbs. With intense amount of workouts and barely eating like 850 calories a day, I still gained 15lbs. My weight was now 130lbs. I was doing sprint intervals running at an average of 6-7 miles every day. Also, I was strength training for about 45-60mins every day. Also prior to working out at an extraneous amount, I ate a very healthy diet. I would have a fruit yogurt with blueberries and strawberries for breakfast and salmon with vegetables for dinner every day. My normal diet usually fast food and sweets but I would still stay at a healthy 115lbs without even worrying about what I’m eating. Finally, since stopping

I am a big fan of Invega Sustenna however Invega Trinza does not work so well for me and I had horrible withdrawal symptoms leading up to my next shot. I think improvements still need to be made with this medication. It did however help me with some suicidal thoughts.
DO NOT TAKE THIS DRUG!! IT WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE!!

This medication can decrease hallucinations, help you to think more clearly and positively about yourself, feel less agitated, and take a more active part in everyday life. Paliperidone is an antipsychotic drug (atypical type). It works by helping to restore the balance of certain natural substances (neurotransmitters) in the brain. This long-acting form of paliperidone is used only after you have received treatment with the form that is injected once a month for at least 4 months. Extreme drowsiness when first prescribed. After it gets into your system, you will feel ok. Take only when you can devote sleep time to it though. i.e don't take it, and then go driving afterward.
Muscle fatigue and creepy crawly feeling of the muscles, extreme tiredness.
started with severe hip,knee and muscle pain. I thought it was from walking on cement floors all day at work. Then came blurred vision,stomach pain, constant nausea,upper back pain and just a all around terrible feeling. I thought I was dying.
So many of the capsules don't pierce properly and have to be discarded. Waste of money and complaints have never been taken seriously

After doing some basic research on wiki and pubmed I found this1) Aldara causes a potent immune response, increasing interferons. It is normal for the human body to have symptoms such as aching muscles and fever related to the production of IFNs during infection. E.G. The Flu virus. Interferon (IFN)-alpha is known for causing high rates of depression and fatigue which makes sense because if you are sick your body is using energy to mount an immune response and telling you to stay in bed and rest.2) You will see Imiquimod has a strong anti-proliferative effect. This means it inhibits cell growth which is good for cancer but is an obvious explanation for all these canker like sores people are seeing. If you use FAR TOO MUCH cream then you will get massive antiproliferative effects and cell death, large dead areas of cells on the skin will give you sores.3) People spoke about Aldara messing with your immune system, I have no proof but this seems totally plausible because if you use too much Aldara on your skin it gets into your blood stream it will cause a potent increase of interferons in the blood which will affect your immune system in some way. It is plausible for example if you have if you have leaky gut syndrome, this increase interferon will cause antigens to be produced against all the undigested foods in your blood. These proteins are similar to those found in human tissues so autoimmune problems could develop.

This really shifts my sinusitis where other antibiotics fail. I've had Eythromycin before and was affected similarly, but I don't remember it being this bad.
This drug caused me to feel markedly depressed. It did improve my condition, but with all the symptoms, at least those I personally experienced, I could not continue taking this drug, and would be guarded to recommend it to anyone..
