It DID cure my flu/pneumonia but the side effects were a nightmare. I am not fully cured of the flu after 3 weeks but will not be taking this medication again. If I get sick again I will need to ask for a prescription of another medication.
Violent stomach cramps, nausea, giddy, general malaise.Was prescribed 500 mg 4 times a day and after 1 day had to drop down to 250 mg 4 times a day. Gum abscess is going down, but I feel so ill.
I haven't found a good dosage that relieves all of my symptoms, I have headaches/neck pain, and then increase my dosage, which causes mental slowness/fogginess, decreased coordination, and even more severe night sweats.

The last 3 times I've taking this I get a horrible red oval on my index finger that has an itch that cannot be comforted. I thought it was a coincidence the last 2 times. I received the shot due to a uti about 6/7 months ago & ever since then i get these really bad muscle spasms when i lat down. I cry trying to move or get up because it feels like my legs lock up or my nerves just get this sharp pain. Dr said it was normal but i doubt for this long
I wouldn't take it I haven't felt the same since ..I feel worst with the side effects
i will never take this medication again the side effects were horrid made me feel extremly ill
