Insomnia the first week only.Dry mouth. Low energy.
Treatment was easy with very minor side effects. Virus was cleared at 8 weeks, finished all 12 weeks. Virus still clear .
A little bit of body aches if I didn't drink enough water.
EPCLUSA (SOFOSBUVIR AND VELPATASVIR): This medication is a combination of sofosbuvir and velpatasvir and is used to treat chronic (long-lasting) hepatitis C, a viral infection of the liver. It may sometimes be used with another antiviral medication (ribavirin). These drugs work by reducing the amount of hepatitis C virus in your body, which helps your immune system fight the infection and may help your liver recover. Chronic hepatitis C infection can cause serious liver problems such as scarring (cirrhosis), or liver cancer. It is not known if this treatment can prevent you from passing the virus to others. Take a shot daily...never miss it...told the company to stop calling...they keep checking up on me...I explained that I will never miss my copaxone shot. Has helped trmendously. The biggest help for me...for two years of MS symptoms, having absolutely no libido was the hardest thing with which to deal...and understand. I'm sure the wife thought I was messing around on her. But, honestly, had absolutely no libido....after having a kid, and a cold wind getting me excited...seriously, nada. A naked woman could have walked up in front of me and done bent over at the waist...I would have blown her off. Since the copaxone, the libido has clicked back on...it's amazing...I will never miss my shot of copaxone. Frankly, I'm back to being a pig again...I'm sure there are times when the wife would like to hide the Copaxone!! The ten doctors I had seen before finding a cure all told me that I was getting old, too fat, etc... However, I knew something was wrong. :)
I was perfectly calm on Viibryd for a yr & a half then i developed side effects, Dizzy, Forgetful, Foggy headed, almost to the point to where i cant perform at work. Now trying to ween off Viibryd, down to 20 fine but still symptoms, then slowly down to 10 & immediate anxiety on day 3. F#ck, back up to 20 cuz of anxiety. Talk to Dr. Try down to 15mg, slowly going down. Apparently Viibryd was SOOOOOO effective that without it, my brain goes in to PANIC, ANXIETY mode. I feel HOPELESSY stuck on Viibryd. We should all take legal action against the drug companies...
I'VE BEEN TAKING THIS SINCE 2003 FOR HIGH BP IN APRIL 2006 THEY SWITCHED FROM NORVASC TO GENERIC AMLODIPINE. SYMPTOMS STARTED SLOWLY, BUT GOT WORSE. I DEVELOPED SEVERE EDEMA OF THE ANKLES AND FEET. IT WAS SO PAINFUL I COULD BARELY WALK. I HAD INSOMNIA & THE LIST GOES ON. AFTER AN ONLINE SEARCH I TOLD MY DR I THOUGHT AMLODIPINE WAS CAUSING MY EDEMA, HE CUT IT FROM 10MG TO 5 MG.1 WEEK LATER WENT TO THE ER FOR NAUSEA, AND THEY DISCOVERED IRREGULAR HEARTBEAT.WHICH IS A KNOWN SYMPTOM OF NORVASC.30 DAYS LATER,STILL HAVE THE IRREGULAR HEARTBEAT, BUT EDEMA & INSOMNIA ARE GONE. I CAN WALK AGAIN FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2 YEARS. THEY ARE DOING TESTS ON ME TO TRY AND GET MY HEARTBEAT IN CHECK. SO FAR THEY HAVE NOT ADMITTED IT MIGHT BE DUE TO THE MEDICATION!! SINCE I NEVER HAD IT BEFORE, AND DIDN'T GET IT UNTIL I CUT THE DOSAGE, I AM CONVINCED IT IS FROM THIS DRUG. NOW I AM REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT MY HEART, A POSSIBLE STROKE, OR HEART ATTACK.. I DON'T WANT TO DIE OF THESE HEART PROBLEMS. I
Extreme Drowsiness, Ears closing, ringing in ears, disturbed concentration and nervousness. It prevented headaches frequency and severity but felt uncomfortable during the whole time while on the medication.

Have taken the above since 1996 -- Can I begin to have side effects now, after all this time?
I started taking singulair because I would get so sick and my nasel congestion due to allergies 2x a year (fall/spring). What a difference. It's like I never get "colds" anymore. I used to feel I had a cold all year long, but after singulair I have no more colds. It's great! My life has changed. I used to loose my voice completely, and I have it all the time now. People should know that my allergies get worse with humidity/heat. When it's cold and very little humidity, I'm great. Unfortunately I still live where it is very humid. I also take claritin D with my singulair. I NEVER have to use my inhalers anymore!! These are the ONLY 2 drugs I take. If I forget to take them, I start with head aches and nasel congestion. Even people at my work notice if I forget to take them. I should mention that I get very tired if I DON"T take these meds. It's hard to breath without singulair and I get very tired. I'm definately more awake and alert. I have year-around allergies and exersiesed induced athsma. I'm also dyslexic.
