Side Effects for Diclofenac potassium (diclofenac potassium)

If you have a severe pain of unknown origin this is the bestI've suffered for almost 4 month without knowing a reason. It was a disasterIfyou have any problem do not hesitate..first of all have an oral swab in any laboratory

Well after 3 days of use I consulted doctor with throat pain. Make a very long story short. After 3 days of use it gave me 3 esofogual uclers. Also couldn't eat or drink for over a week which isn't pretty. It's 3 months later and I still can't eat normal. I'm always sick.

DICLOFENAC POTASSIUM (DICLOFENAC POTASSIUM): Diclofenac is used to relieve pain and swelling (inflammation) from various mild to moderate painful conditions. It is used to treat muscle aches, backaches, dental pain, menstrual cramps, and sports injuries. It also reduces pain, swelling, and joint stiffness caused by arthritis. Reducing these symptoms helps you do more of your normal daily activities. This medication is known as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). If you are treating a chronic condition such as arthritis, ask your doctor about non-drug treatments and/or using other medications to treat your pain. See also Warning section. Your not going mad! 7 days on the drug and 13 days off before it started to get better. This site has been a life saver for me! Please note the withdrawal effects are awful and get very severe nearer the end when leaving your body. Feel free to email if you are having an awful time on this drug x I have put a post on previously but for some reason it didn't appear, hope this one does!

Not sure if it is this but before I take it I feel okay, its giving me headaches, eye ache, neck aches, can't eat/no appetite, hot/cold sweats(not sure if this is the infection)

My 5 yr old son took it from 5/6/08 to 5/17/08. About 8 days after taking it, started to show signs of stuttering or stammering when talking...it got very severe very quickly to the point that he could not even say a sentence at all. It was not the same as a normal stutter that a child may have, he even started to take deep breaths before and during speaking. One side effect of claritin in children is dysphonia which is a disorder that effect your vocal cords and has similar symptoms as a stutter. Only 2 percent of patients had this in a study that was conducted in children. The day after we took him off claritin, the stuttering or stammering improved very much. Now it has been 12 days since taking it and he is almost talking normal again. Took him to his pediatrician when it was still quite bad and they did not feel it was anything to worry about because they felt it was normal stuttering. However, they did not get to hear how he sounded because he did not want to talk to the dr. Als

stopped cold, now four days later I can sleep just a bit. Initially when I stopped I could not sleep and was a zombie. Love/hate Benadryl. 2017 New Year resolution is to end Benadryl.

I always vowed I wouldn't take this drug for my Crohns disease, but my symptoms got out of control and I was hospitalized last December. I agreed to take it b/c I really felt I had no other choice for quick relief. I was on IV 60MG for two days & then had to be on 60MG oral for a few more days before it really controlled my flare, then I tapered down for several months, having to bump back up for a few more days every time I tried to taper down at 20MG. Now, I'm on Remicade & was able to finally get off of this drug. The side effects are horrendous, but I don't know what would have happened to me if my flare hadn't gone down. It certainly worked. I'm just not sure at what cost. I still have joint pain that only started when I stopped this drug and the few days after I stopped were pure hell. My husband tells me he "missed me" during the three months I was on this drug.

A few hours after taking the first dose, I felt icky. I felt sort of like I was coming down with the flu, I was tired and nasueated. The next am, I felt ok when I woke up but a few hours after my thrid dose, I felt the same, like crap!
