Dizzy.It dried me out.Dry mouth and constipation.I have been off for around 4 years and still have intestinal trouble from the severe constipation it caused.
dosage 25mg. morn and 50mg. night
Slight increased depression at 225 mg daily. This is the only medicine that has help with OCD.
Make sure to get generic, name brand Anafranil is outrageously expensive.

It helps decrease persistent/unwanted thoughts (obsessions), and it helps reduce the urge to perform repeated tasks (compulsions such as hand-washing, counting, checking) that interfere with daily living. Took the entire dose, 10 days, 1000 mgs per day. Kept feeling worse, no strenght, blamed it on the heat. Tendonitis flared up really bad. After last dose became super ill and ended up in the ER and was admitted for the night. My body was one giant hive, hands so swollen they had turned blue and really painful, so were the bottom of my feet. Had really bad chills to the point of not being able to control my motor skills. Doctors thought it a bit strange that I didn't have this reaction prior to finishing the dose. Put me on Prednisone for a week. Feeling much better, just weak and can't handle any kind of heat. No problems breathing, no real throat swelling.
This pill did absolutely NOTHING at all for me. I started on 75 mg then went up to 150 mg over a period of 6 months. I don't recommend this pill

i am on the generic brand quasense and have not had a positive experience as of yet. i am on my 5th week and will be stopping today...i feel like im pregnant, always hungry, and miserable.
