CLOBEX (CLOBETASOL PROPIONATE): Clobetasol is used in adults to treat moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Clobetasol reduces the swelling, itching and redness that can occur with this condition. This medication is a very strong (super-high-potency) corticosteroid. This medication is not recommended for use in children younger than 18 years of age due to an increased risk of side effects. 2 doses (skipped 3rd day by accident) and picked up the next day. Tonight is my fifth and last treatment. I started my treatment the day I got my period, which ended yesterday morning... yet I nearly fell over when last night I had clumpy, brown flesh discharge. Today was MUCH worse- (so much, it looked like a bm) I am thankful to all of you writing about this- I called the doctor's office back not to have him call when I came across this site and the many responses.

Dizziness, big brain fog, bad weird dreams, blurry vision, trouble swallowing, headache and achy Also inner ear pressure and stomach issues..I am still continuing to have bad nightmares and depression even a week later after stopping, I did not have before taking that. Read others comments, cuz drs swear by this drug, and I quit as of right now. I continue to take 325,mg aspirin a day.
I was diagnosed at the end of 07. The specialist said it was “idiopathic.” I think it’s probably because I used to smoke (not any more!) plus I was on zoladex (gosrelin) March-Sept 2006 to combat endometriosis: zoladex basically puts you in a state of artificial menopause so that you stop menstruating. When you come off it you start producing oestrogen etc again – I can’t help thinking the rising oestrogen levels kick-started something? I’m extremely resistant to the blood thinning properties of Coumadin! I started on 5mg daily plus had to self-inject Clexane twice a day. My INR was 1.1, then 1.2 then it stuck at 1.3 for over two weeks whilst they played around with my dosage. At 10mg it inched up to 1.5, so my GP put me on 14mg daily and I finally made it over 2. At which point I stopped the Clexane. Today I scored a 3 so I’m down to 12mg. I’m so glad I found this website as it would appear lots of you have been experiencing side effec
