Always caused me to retain fluids due to its SIADH side effect.
Always controlled complex partial seizures; never controlled simple partial seizures (auras)
been taking carbamazepine for approx.40years now and developed a severe case of dry eyes.tried many different eye drops including restasis with very little relief.
Memory loss, twitching during activity in both arms - made worse by fatigue. Blurred vision.

Just not feeling right, from very bad headache, upset stomach, dry mouth, bad taste in mouth, tired, foggy mind, chest pain, shortness of breath and body ache.
My 10 year old daughter has taken 1250 mg for the last 21/2 years. She has struggled with schooling. I don't know if this is a side effect or not. Her memory is not too good.
Extreme muscle fatigue. I can not do regular daily activities. I can stand for about 5 minutes before becoming exhausted. One week after beginning Plavix, I began vomiting block globs and had stomach pain. Was hospitalized, but told to continue with Placix.

Life Changing Drug!!! Struggled with a horrible cycle of insomnia, anxiety, depression, life changes and hormonal changes for a year. On day one of taking Lexapro I fell asleep within an half hour for the first time in a year. Within a week I felt like my old self but even better. The worries, and the major (and i mean MAJOR deep dark hole depression) I experienced (especially PMS depression)is gone and has stayed gone. I can feel emotion but don't fall apart all the time and I CAN SLEEP up to 6 total hours a night. A huge improvement from 2 or 3 hours. I plan on embracing this drug as long as I need to

Weight gain and constant hunger. I gained about 40 pounds and just could not stop eating. Also felt very boring and flat...no personality at all. I just stopped a few days ago and already my appetite is back to its normal level and I feel better. The Zyprexa definitely helped with my racing thoughts but the side effects are just too awful. I have problems with depression and nothing depresses me more than being fat.
Update: This is now my fourth week of taking Buspar and the anxiety has been stopped dead in its tracks. I am taking 20mg Buspar with 20mg Zoloft. My anxiety was greatly reduced upon starting this med but it took four full weeks for the anxiety to stop completely....I feel great. :)
