Shot hurts. But not terrible. Was sore after 3days. Got injected in hip/buttock. Apparently this will clear infection.
Severe pain when getting the shot in my buttock.
Worked exceptionally well and very quickly. Was feeling much better by the next morning.
Herx reaction, mild and severe at times. Bodyaches, low grade fever, joint aches, BRAINFOG, moderate vertigo, fatigue and general malaise for about 5 days. Mood changes as well with elevated feeling of panic/anxiety that is not of charachter for me.
I beleive it has worked the best for the Lyme so far. I would reccommend this medication.
Pain from shot of course, helps to walk for 15 minutes after shot. No real side effects what so ever.
Did 2 shots per week at home for 9 months for Lyme Disease. Awesome, amazing drug that worked!

I haven't been able to find ANYTHING about other people's adverse effects from this drug. And, my own doctor didn't report any of my side-effects because he claimed they were all already listed in the Physician's Desk Reference. My experience with this medicine was HORRIBLE!!! The worst part was that I didn't associate my problems with this medicine because they wouldn't kick in until a day or two after my monthly injection. It's not the penicillin because I'm not allergic. Dr. thought it could have been the benthazine suspension.

My doctor switched me from glucophage to glucovance to lower my blood sugar better, but I'd have these times in the day where I was shakey. I got switched back to a higher dose of just glucophage, and the shakies are gone.
I have been on this pill for a month, before I was on levora. It's hard to say if my issues are related to this pill, but I am going to watch and see how the next few months go. No break through bleeding so far.
When I first started I had nausea if I took the Plaq. on an empty stomach (now I take it with food) and some diarrhea, but that has passed.
Hypertension /high blood pressure
FOR ME IT IS A MIRACLE DRUG ESPECIALLY SINCE ELECTRICAL CONVERSION WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. THE ADDITION OF 50MG TOPROL XL PER DAY ALLOWED THE AMIODARONE DOSAGE TO BE LOWERED TO 100MG PER DAY. BEEN ON THIS DRUG FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS. AT BREAKFAST I DRINK PRUNE JUICE AND EAT ALL BRAN TO REDUCE CONSTIPATION.
My son was put on ability after suffering from depression and hallucinations. His anxiety level increased and he would go through periods of severe vomiting and nausea. He also developed insomnia. His weight started out at a thin 150 pounds within one year he was 245. We changed psychiatrists and she added zoloft and took him off the abilify. He has been off for over a year and still has extreme Carb cravings and is struggling to lose weight despite the fact he still has bouts of extreme nausea and vomiting. I feel very strongly that abilify has caused lasting permanent side effects. Please do not let someone you love start this medicine.
Truly AWFUL taste that grows worse each day. Just took my 5th dose and am going to quit. I wish I had read these comments before taking my last dose--I don't think I would have taken it, and instead of being up, walking the floor at 2:15am, I would hopefully be nicely asleep. This taste is making me sicker than I was before. Quite impressive diarrhea. And, obviously, sleeplessness, which is partially because of the overwhelming taste problem. Also, it doesn't really seem to be working at anything close to lightning speed. Some very slight improvement, but it makes a body wonder if the same improvement would have been accomplished WITHOUT the drug. I'll NEVER take this again if there is any alternative in the universe.
EXTREME Bone and Joint Pain (been to ER twice since it is so bad...and P/C doc will not prescribe percocet for "knee pain" - Dr. Obudo-Ecklad of Kaiser Fairfield, CA), crutches barely help.Sleeplessness, Hot Flashes, added depression, weight gain, bloated. The bone pain is so bad though, that at times at night I have to get on the floor and use my upper body to drag my legs to the bathroom!

PEOPLE, PLEASE LOOK INTO NATURAL MEDICINE. I've had excellent success with Naturopathy and Ayurbeda. These are not pseudo sciences. I use Aleve as backup.
