ASMANEX HFA (MOMETASONE FUROATE): Mometasone is used to control and prevent symptoms (such as wheezing and shortness of breath) caused by asthma. Controlling symptoms of asthma helps you maintain your normal activities and decreases time lost from work or school. Mometasone belongs to a class of drugs known as corticosteroids. It works by reducing swelling (inflammation) of the airways in the lungs to make breathing easier. This medication must be used regularly to be effective. It does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden asthma attacks. I think for the undiagnosed lung nodules and severe emphysema (NOT A SMOKER) Breo works better for me. I Have severe respiratory failure according to CT's and pulmonary function tests. Good days and bad days. I hope Breo will continue to work for me.
I took Zyrtec everyday for 4 weeks for Allergies, I previously only took it occasionally. 2 weeks in i started feeling just extremely tired. I suddenly was sleeping 12 hours a day and even that wasn't enough sleep. I was skipping class and work because i literally couldn't get up. I slept from 9pm to 1pm in the afternoon and felt moody and irritable. I finally realized it may be the zyrtec and stopped taking it, and i was better and felt normal after just a couple days. never again.

I am so glad that my doctor prescribed this! NOTHING else has ever worked to stop the pain of my migraines. This doesn't make me feel drugged up like Imitrex and the pain is gone within an hour! Before I started taking Relpax, a migraine meant 12 - 15 hours in bed in a darkened room enduring pure agony then feeling completely exhausted, drained and out of it the next day. Migraines used to steal two days (and on a few occasions 3 days) of my life. But that won't ever have to happen anymore! This is a miracle drug and it is worth every penny!

pros: medicine seemed to treat the problemcons:severly anxious, lightheaded, weak, just horrible experience.heart racing as i woke, and nauseaus.
Never take this medication it's a very powerful damaging drug.
tried bioidentical because they were to be so much better not, after several months of chest pain ,heart palpatations, increased blood pressure and increased pulse rate I went back to Premarin and all those side effects went away, will not change again.
This drug was completely ineffective for me. I was taking it primarily for ptsd. It has made me MORE suicidal, and in addition, it's made me homicidal and extremely angry (prior to taking it I was an extremely calm person). I have experienced extreme agitation, anger and depression in addition to some extremely bizarre physical side effects. I have discontinued this medication for a month now and the physical side effects have gone away but I still feel worse. Don't take it. It's evil.
Do not take drugs often - this hit me so hard would not recommend to anyone and believe it should be removed from distribution.
