ALOXI (PALONOSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE): This medication is used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by cancer drug treatment (chemotherapy). It is also used to prevent nausea and vomiting after surgery. Palonosetron works by blocking one of the body's natural substances (serotonin) that causes vomiting. EXTREME ANXIETY (felt like I was going to die). TERRIFYING HALLUCINATIONS. SEVERE DEPRESSION. Yes. Really. These were all SIDE EFFECTS from this "antipsychotic". What the HELL!?!
Horrible! Extreme muscle pain,high fever,extreme weakness,dropped BP,HR high,vision messed up. Could not get up. Thought I was dying for two days.
Five years ago I was put on 20mg Zocor. Three years ago it was increased to 40mg. I didn't realize these "signs" were Zocor related, but looking back in time all makes sense. As of today, March 19, 2006, I will NOT take anymore Zocor or statin. I'll take my chances with high cholestrol, but not with this drug! Thank you for this website!!!
Second time on Buspar, same effects both times. Although I can feel the effects, more apparent to those around me. Takes the edge off, feel/act much calmer. Side effects definitely weird with dosage changes but subside quickly. From my research, not for everyone but very beneficial for those that it works for (including me). Worth a try.

I had taken Flurazepam for decades when it was discontinued. Nothing else has ever worked. It has just returned with a new manufacturer, and it still works. I was able to have a prescription filled at Walgreens earlier this month. I hope that others who have been suffering will also find it soon!
Took this for three weeks before any side effects started. Scalp started to itch, then my skin started itching and burning all over my body. Rash started on check, back and upper arms. Became nervous, paranoid, unable to focus my mind. Pain in leg muscles and all my joints. Lastly, I started having stomach pain and nausea. Took a week to clear up after I stopped the drug.
