Gives sometimes insomnia but I am used to it now. The inhaler which gives me the most relief. I do not feel bad ashtma symptoms.
Helpful note: many times muscle craps are caused by lack of Potassium. But do you think your Doctor would tell you that you could buy a over the counter nutrient that could help....Is'nt it funny that many of the complaints have to do with muscle cramps and studys do show that this drug does sometimes zap potassium. when I asked my Doc. he said it was highy unlikely that thats the reason I was having cramps. So I stoped the meds and started potassium ...guess what, feeling much better. Look into it. Potassium plays many roles including heart heath. also notice all the heart complaints here....All I can say is DUH! to the makers of this drug! I am not a Doctor and you should ask your doc. if this is right for you, but this helped me good luck!
ADVAIR HFA (FLUTICASONE PROPIONATE; SALMETEROL XINAFOATE): This product is used to control and prevent symptoms (wheezing and shortness of breath) caused by asthma. It contains 2 medications: fluticasone and salmeterol. Fluticasone belongs to a class of drugs known as corticosteroids. It works by reducing the irritation and swelling of the airways. Salmeterol belongs to the class of drugs known as long-acting beta agonists. It works by opening airways in the lungs to make breathing easier. Controlling symptoms of breathing problems can decrease time lost from work or school. When used alone, long-acting beta agonists (such as salmeterol) may rarely increase the risk of serious (sometimes fatal) asthma-related breathing problems. However, combination inhaled corticosteroid and long-acting beta agonists, such as this product, do not increase the risk of serious asthma-related breathing problems. This product should be used when breathing problems are not well controlled with one asthma-control medication (such as inhaled corticosteroid) or if your asthma symptoms need combination treatment. Before using this medication, it is important to learn how to use it properly. This medication must be used regularly to be effective. It does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden asthma attacks. I stopped taking Lupron in September of 2007. I was on for a total of 4 months. I still experience insomnia almost every single night. Even the strongest sleeping pills will not put me to sleep. I have been told there still may be traces of Lupron causing these problems. Before Lupron I never experienced anxiety, and never had trouble sleeping. I am currently taking Yaz to treat my endo, but it is causing severe weight gain and stretch marks. If anyone knows a better treatment please email me! [email protected]

I would never take this again. The side effects are horrible and I only took it for 2 days. Stopped taking it four days ago and I still feel weak, nauseated, and anxious. I am trying to get my strength back but it is an uphill battle.

I stopped taking this 11 days ago, still having side effects. Is anyone feeling completely better? I am worried these side effects are permanent.
I've watched my mother on these meds since I was small. When they gave them to me, I was hesitant about taking them, but at the time I figured I needed them. Now I know better and I'll never take this again.
My doctor wants me to stay on it. I think it is making me worse
