BUMEX (BUMETANIDE): Bumetanide is used to reduce extra fluid in the body (edema) caused by conditions such as heart failure, liver disease, and kidney disease. This can lessen symptoms such as shortness of breath and swelling in your arms, legs, and abdomen. Bumetanide is a "water pill" (diuretic) that causes you to make more urine. This helps your body get rid of extra water and salt. (Sources: U.S. Centers for Medicare Services, FDA) Download our Free Resource Guide:

Prescribing doctor claims he has never heard of this problem.

I have had chronic pain for 9 years after a car wreck in which I nearly died. Most of pain is in my spine/back and neck where I have moderate to severe bulging disks (T8 and T9 may need operation) and a debilitating hip and pelvic pain which radiates down my legs which has been diagnosed as a rare form of "endometrial sciatica". I have a hormone disorder which also makes pain levels go through the roof. After about 2 years of taking Norco or some variation of it (btw my doctor's gave me a real hassle not believing I have real pain) I had to increase my Norco from 10 mg up to 30 mg a day sometimes and I am STILL IN PAIN. I go for an EMG tomorrow to assess a possible nerve problem. Recently I was also prescribed Oxy 10 mg (no apap) and the combination pretty much knocks out all pain. The problem is I got the Oxy at the ER and my Doctor's are reticent to even give me my Norco so I don't know if they will prescribe both. For about 8 years (till I was 28) I was not taken seriously. Now I have 2 doctor's who DO TAKE ME SERIOUSLY or at least more so than the last. It's important to find someone you trust! FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME- [email protected]

Anxiety, racing heart, jittery, "weird feeling"

I am glad I read some of these comments; now I know that my memory loss may not be senility after all. I just received my fourth shot and will discuss a date for surgery with my doctor. After years of constant heavy bleeding, not to mention the accompanying lack of energy, I did not remember how it was to feel normal. A couple of days ago I bought a pair of sexy underwear knowing that they would not be ruined. I did gain about 20 lbs and I am still looking for "motivation"- I thought I had missplaced it and just could not find it anywhere- I am constantly changing clothes because I feel hot all the time. I have a fan right in front of my face at work. My speech is choppy and the words hide somewhere in dark corners of my brain right when I need them. I was concerned with Alzheimer but it seems that a lot of people experience some of these symptoms and, in a way, I am glad it may be Lupron and not a --what's the word?-- desintegrating brain power? Now the question is, are

heart palpitations, anxiety, panic attacks, heart literally hurt with any type of exurtion, unable to reach orgasm

Still waiting to have my 1st.Bowel movement, then maybe I wouldn't mind the Nauseated feeling I get.

I initially wrote on 4-5...finished that dose of Macrobid but symptoms didn't completly go away. Returned to Dr. who gave me injection of Rocephin and ANOTHER dose of Macrobid! This is now 3rd day back on Macro and have the listed side effects. What is one to do with this horrible condition...Dr. thinks I may have Intersistal Cystitis as well...GREAT. No known cure for that...wonder if Dr's even know what their doing.

It is great to see that other people have experience little or no period. Last month was incredibly light, and this month non existent.
