PROTONIX (PANTOPRAZOLE SODIUM): Pantoprazole is used to treat certain stomach and esophagus problems (such as acid reflux). It works by decreasing the amount of acid your stomach makes. This medication relieves symptoms such as heartburn, difficulty swallowing, and persistent cough. It helps heal acid damage to the stomach and esophagus, helps prevent ulcers, and may help prevent cancer of the esophagus. As a non coffee drinker, the caffeine side effects hit me pretty hard, shakey, a slight 'distancing' to the world, hyper but at the same time all I want to do it sit. Taken on an empty stomache the side effects can be pretty bad.
I was taken off the HCTZ and now I am just on the Toprol. BP is fine which makes me wonder---why was I taking both if one would do the trick? They immediately took me off HCTZ when I was diagnosed and I feel much better but still have symptoms. Seen Endocrinologist and surgery will be in my future.
Headache for first couple of days, stopped bleeding after 3 months. But I feel great. The best I have felt in years. Mental clarity, sleeping through the night the last 2 nights .
Would never recommend for anyone to begin taking a synthetic medicine that is supposed to help alleviate heavy bleeding but also facilitates bleeding for those who are trying to have a menstrual cycle. Very confusing!
I was a little sick the first week but it went away. Evenutally the nuvaring doesn't stay up as high as it should and starts to get really anoying becuase I had to run to the bathroom and push it back up. It feels as if you used a tampon and didn't inset it far up enough. THey tell you to just push it up but it keeps slowly lowering no matter how far back you push it. It is very anoying. It also comes out during sex. Never again!
Yes, Clomid did work for me - I ovulated all 5 times I was on it, didn't get pregnant and we are now moving onto Clomid IUI. However, the side effects were awful for me. I only gave Clomid a 5 because it did work - I ovulated. It would be very unfair for me to give it a 1 because of the side effects if it does get me pregnant. I hate the side effects and if there was something else that I could do that would make me ovulate without the side effects, I would take it in a heartbeat. I tried getting my husband on board with more natural methods of inducing ovulation, but so far he's against it.
Prescribed 500 Mg twice daily for 2 weeks. I stopped taking it after 9 days due to my kidney being in pain... I've had a pearcing headache with a stiff neck for three days now... no pain meds help it. Now have to go to the Dr.
I thought I was crazy. I've always been even tempered. After a week, I thought I was bipolar. I almost punched my fiance several times. I have no sex drive, and even if I did, I couldnt because I have 3 week period and then spot the rest of the time. Never take this. Made an appointment today to change my bc in two days.
