Side Effects for Temovate e (clobetasol propionate)

the sides of my fingernails would get extremely dry and flaky and peely. The skin started separating from my nail- But the nails improved greatly after 5 months.

I still have mild pitting in my nails- but other than that, it's doing it's duty!

Only diarrhea after the first dose. Other side effects (feeling very dizzy for a few days and flu-like symptoms) after second and third dose.

This medicine is garbage....removed from the market I miss days of work because this crap medicine put me more sick..

Nausea, slight breast tenderness, heart burn

VERY SEVERE mood swings, Anxiety, Depression.

Extreme joint and muscle weakness. Wake up each morning with a different body part affected. Thankfully no nausea or vomiting. Platelets are dropping with the reduction of prednisone. Back down to 35,000. Haematologist says it is probably the azithiaprine. Weening off prednisone now at 2.5mg a day. At least I could walk when on that. I've been referred to a surgeon now to remove my spleen. Still undecided of this treatment.

For the first three months, the side effects were a little scary. Nausea, lack of appetite, jittery and tired, dry mouth, and interrupted sleep every night. You can't help but wonder what is going on with your body. I was reading numerous websites to see if what was occuring was normal. From my experience and talking with my doctor, I think I am very sensitive to this drug and experience side effects more than most. The good news is that with every week the side effects go away more and more. For me, it took two months to feel normal.

I quit taking it most problems gone in 3 weeks. I will try to control with diet and exercise, and omega 3 fish oil, will never take a large dose again would rather eat nothing than take that poison.

did help briefly for muscle spasms/stiffness, helped me temporarily to get some sleep as well. recommended for short term use (2 weeks or less).

The side effects come and go. When you do get them, they're horrible!! Severe panic attacks, heart palpitations, weak feeling. Then some days I feel fine. I have to take this until at least October!
