HIgh, High, High! insomnia, itching, very agitated within a few hours of a missed dose (and all this at only 10 mg. bid).

Just looked up Herxheimer Reaction as recommended by another posting.
My doctor started me off with 200 mg for 3 days; then went to 400 mg for additional 3 days, finally 600 mg daily. The medication seems to work better than Retalin for me,(15 mg 3xday) however, I find that I still get very lethargic after about 4 or 5 hours, if that long. Yawning is presistent. My eyes become droopy (have been asked by others if I'm ok) I'm not necessarily sleepy, but lethargic. Concerned that I'm taking such a high doseage and experiencing these issues. Has anyone else reported ringing in the ears?

Increased angryness, fuzzy head, insomnia (2 hours broken sleep a night) restless legs while in bed, inability to ejaculate, feeling out of body,inability to concentrate, not wanting to get out of bed and generally not caring about a thing.
