Since I started taking this drug I am seizure free. It’s only been a month, but I would usually have had at least 1 or 2 seizures in that amount of time. I hope it stays that way. One down side to this drug is the price if you do not have insurance. I only pay $5 for a month’s worth right now, but when I lose my health insurance in a few months it will be $175 dollars a month.
Side effects in the order they appeared after taking Cipro for 3 days (500mg twice a day): Aches and pains in my arms, sudden very sharp pains in heels, freezing yet clammy feet, buzzing feeling in feet, weak ankles, shooting pains in feet ankles and calf muscles, cold sweats at night, waking up in the night with numbness in fingers, sharp pin prick pains in chest and jaw, tightness in chest, very thick sticky sweat on face and hands, pain in heels and arches of feet when standing (later diagnosed by GP as plantar fasciitis), freezing hands, prominent veins appearing in arms,hands and legs......
got better results from loracet 10/650
I am taking tikosyn for atrial fibrillation and it hasn't been work that well so my cardiologist prescribed bystolic. I am also taking diovan and lipitor. Less AFib but the fatigue from a slower heart rate is too much. I will no longer take this med starting tomorrow.

This is really more of a question...did anyone experience a far lessened sex drive because of Ortho Tri-Cyclen-Lo? I know it is supposed to be the most mild, but I really have a lessened sex drive and it's causing a lot of problems! I've been on and off of it for years, but I recently started up again a few months ago and my sex drive just left me!

Panic attack, dizziness, extreme nausea, insomnia, can't sit still, pressure in head. Just feel overall horrible after taking this medication.
Quit one week ago. I am so miserable still! Severe diarrhea, vomiting, pain under left breast, fatigue, hard breathing, runny nose, heart beating fast. I am not getting any better so far. This stuff is a nightmare. Hope they end up sued. Someone is going to die from this medicine.
Because of side effects including diabetes risk tried to go cold turkey at l0 mg. Okay for about 2 weeks then experienced major nervousness, disorientation, jaw clenching, etc. Now taking 2 mg. daily and feeling much better. Still worried about side effects. Not taking any other drug along with it. Still experiencing anxiety but it is manageable. You must wean yourself off this drug and not try to quit at once.
