Plan b one-step (levonorgestrel) Side Effects, Uses Dosages

Side Effects for Plan b one-step (levonorgestrel)

Horrific - Over the course of four months, I gained 27 pounds. This weight was largely all in my hips and thighs, and was cottage-cheese-like cellulite. I had not changed my activity level or eating habits whatsoever (I eat a spartan, gluten-free diet). It's a year later and I still have not been able to take off the weight. Additionally, I have a high SHBG level. It remains high at 250! This is one year - ONE YEAR - after I took the Plan B pill. Don't let anyone tell you this stuff leaves your system quickly. It lingers forever.

Very addicting. Been taking it 16 yrs. Tried to wean off and absolutely horrible. Ended up back on it. Unable to cry and want to sometimes. However, I couldn't cry before paxil either. Haven't cried 20 yrs. Addiction awful. It has helped the anxiety tremendously.

I did not notice the immediate response I was hoping for, nor the sustained effect.

I am serious here. My penis had all but withdrawn into my body cavity. Within 4 days using Eliquis, it restored to normal length. (Average). I no doubt believe it was a reaction unique to me. Sorry, not Viagra.

Weight gain, hair loss, hand tremor, mental dullness...YET pulled me out of a complete mixed episode (1 week in hospital) in just 2 months. Hoping to counter hair loss with vitamins. Weight gain seems to come when I change doses (1500 right now). Taking Concerta to counter mental dullness. Also take Wellbutrin EX for depression half of bipolar. Haven't ruled out lowering dose or switching to different med, as I am newly diagnosed. If I can't get weight off with diet/exercise and hair back with vitamins, I'm not sure I will stay on it.

I was diagnosed with IBS in 1991 and have been on Bentyl ever since. I take it only when I need it. Some times, I will take 4 pills daily...then months will pass when I do not need any at all. This has been a God-send for me.

They have slowly progressed and are very intense and insane now. Weight gain, drowsiness, weakness, all over body pain, chronic severe nausea almost 24/7, I now feel like sometimes I can't stand to put food in my mouth, I have episodes where I feel like i have the flu and fever, chest pain, shortness of breath, arm pain, lumps and knots in arms around elbows, underarm itch without a rash, and I now just feel so very tired all the time even after a 12 hour sleep.

Started taking at the ER just after the bite occurred. Cellulitis/infection flared up on day 2, was gone by day 4. Definitely works but the side effects are horrendous. At least it kept me out of the hospital!

30 mg - 52 yrs old - 5'6" - 130 lbs. I have taken Restoril for over 20 years and it still works for me. I began with it because I was waking up with migraines - my husband reported to my doctor (and to me) that I was clenching my teeth (not grinding) in my sleep - job stress ?? So he prescribed it as a relaxant. 10 years later - I became a teacher - still stressful, but for 10 weeks in the summer I wean myself off of it and only take it if I have a PM migraine (actually Advil PM works better). During the school year I return to taking it every night. It has not lost its effectiveness for me (probably because of the break I take from it in the summer). That's 20 years of success !!
