I started at 400mg a day. At first, there were very few, mild side-effects (gas, occasional acid taste). After 3 weeks, I developed vertigo. My doctor told me to try to stop the Celebrex. Sure enough, my symptoms went away. I re-started at 200mg a day. Three months later, I got vertigo again and nausea and acid reflux, which kept me awake and caused cough and hoarseness.

stuffed up nose. for first 2 days mild nausea one hour after taking meds, goes away after 20 min. Other than that I get the taste of metal in the mouth. But THAT IS IT.

Did not work for me. I received a 'trial' package from my Doctor, a two week supply starting with 37.5 mg the first week then increasing to 75 mg the second week. I continued to feel anxious and depressed for the first two weeks. I completely lost my appetite and my libido. Continued to take it for another two weeks at 75 mg per day and the side effects got worse. My doctor wanted to increase the dose to 125 mg, but I decided that 1 month on this medication was enough, so I started the withdrawl process (for two weeks). This medication actually made me feel worse and the side effects were unpleasant to say the least.

I'm also glad I read your comments! I don't want anxiety again! Hope it gets out of my system soon! Now I'm having some diaherra, but I probably needed to get cleaned out!

Headache, feeling stressed, low sex drive and ED. Will try a diferent med or start taking ED pills.

Like many others, I reported these symptoms to my physician, asking him if it could be the Diovan, and he said no. Well, I had always been exceptionally strong and healthy,so I looked up all the side effects of Diovan, and their literature states RARE muscle pain, also kidney and liver problems. I discontinued Diovan after approx. 3 months. I have been off it now for 1 month and am beginning to improve. I am able to walk better, the leg pain is less and my strength is returning. As a sidebar, I should tell you that my blood pressure is ALWAYS increased at the doctor's office, but not at home. There is nothing wrong with my machine as I took it to the Dr.'s office and it registered the same. At home my BP is 125/52 normally, and at his office it can register 160/70. I must be irritated in the office, I'm certainly not scared as I was an RN .I have no reason to be prescribed medication for hypertension. The above symptoms are in no way RARE as the pharmaceutical company states. I will i

I read about the possible side effects, but was not prepared to still be feeling bad 9 days afterwards. The injection site was red and swollen over 4 inches wide the day after the shot. It looked like someone had slapped my arm very hard and it developed a large knot. Then, I started feeling nauseous, had headaches and was very weak. I had no appetite for 4-5 days. Then, I felt like I was getting over the worst and could eat on days 6 and 7. Day 8 my stomach hurt and I had a terrible headache. Today, day 9, my stomach hurts, I am nauseous and have diarrhea. Hoping these effects are gone, tomorrow! I don't look forward to the second dose of this vaccine!! My husband had no side effects other than the site getting sore!

Was rushed to hospital 2 hrs after my first 10mg dose. Woke from sleep extremely dizzy, severe buzzing in head & body, racing heart, thought I was going to die.
