TRULICITY (DULAGLUTIDE): Dulaglutide is used with a proper diet and exercise program to control high blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes. Controlling high blood sugar helps prevent kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, loss of limbs, and sexual function problems. Proper control of diabetes may also lessen your risk of a heart attack or stroke. Dulaglutide is similar to a natural hormone in your body (incretin). It works by causing insulin release in response to high blood sugar (such as after a meal) and by decreasing the amount of sugar your liver makes. It takes pain away, but it takes memory and energy away too. Granted, if I sleep enough, drag myself to the gym and take my anti-depressants. I'm ok. Withdrawal sucks. My secret to weight loss on such a high dose? I'm on 450 mg of WELLBUTRIN/day. It makes me not want to eat. The memory loss though, affects the limbic system and that is the pain/pleasure center. I don't think about food. I have lost 16 lbs and have to set a timer to eat. seriously life altering.

I only stopped because of the various side effects and warnings on leaflet, but I myself did not experience any side effects and thought it worked well from the very first dose.
Eye infection & eye herpes. Insomnia & muscle pain. Hoarse throat
Took the split dose. 1 1/2 hours till it worked for the first dose. And it keeps working for about an hour, off and on. 40 minutes for the next days dose. Didn't completely clean colon as well as using a single dose in past, go figure. Anyway, everyone is right, the prep is worse than the test. I don't even get sedated, it's a simple procedure with minor discomfort.
First dose in left arm in March, second dose 3 weeks later in April in right arm. The process was super fast and easy. I’m extremely grateful to be vaccinated. Ignore the absurd lies that are being spread about the vaccine.

I had a terrible experience with Bactrim - the side effects were much worse than the ear infection. I will not take this again and am letting family and friends know to inquire about alternatives if they are prescribed Bactrim.
Great for reducing anxiety. Potentially very addictive.
It was so clumpy when I inserted it, it was still stiff and stuck inside the suppository.
