I'm glad it's out there, but scary at the same time.
I went off it on my own 4 days ago and I am ALREADY feeling more like the old me. The old sweet, goofy, creative, dreamy, sometimes joyous, motivated, curious, funny ME. Not this horrible empty, restless, bored, apathetic, anhedonia, miserable thing that Abilify extremely gradually over 5 months turned me into. I literally could not bear to sit and do anything besides gamble; I didn't even like that but the high level of stimulation and preoccupation was the only thing I could bear in life to do. That is no life!!! I used to read, cook, see movies, sing, metal-detect, see friends, listen to music but with Abilify all desires to do anything besides gamble all went away. I can't wait for the old me to come back.
70 lbs weight gain, lowered sex-drive, non-stop bleeding for about 2 years & 7 months, extreme lethargy, symptoms of being pregnant (as my hormones are telling my body that I am), etc.
mild nausea, anxiety, restless sleep, numbing of fingers and toes on day 3 and 4, difficulty walking (leg cramps possibly)
anxiety, depression, depersonalization, "crazy" thoughts
Worked well to quit smoking, hardly no withdrawal symptoms

I have only got memory loss, I don't get any tingling but do have trouble sleeping.And I take 1 x 250mg 4 times a day
Complete loss of sex drive, feel almost no excitement, sort of a numbing of emotions, completely groggy all day and all I wanted to do was sleep, slept for 12 hours each night. Good for sleep but sleeping all day is a heck of a life
My son just turned 9, he started taking Zyrtec when he was 7, his teacher kept complaining about his behavior, he can't remember anything, he looked so lost in the school. He can't sit still, he can't focus on the classwork. His teacher suggested me to talk to the doctor because his behavior just like ADD, I made a research and found this website,I was so shock that Zyrtec will affect the child's behavior so much. I decided to reduce themedicine week by week, now my kid was very good in the school, heremember everything, He completed every sigle classwork/homework.I really think all of the doctors should give the parents warming before the children starts taking ZYRTEC. I feel so sorry for my son.
