NEVER take this poison. Finally got a test for SIBO and it allowed bacteria overgrowth in my small intestines which is why I have felt sick on and off it. It destroys the acid in your stomach which keeps the bad bacteria controlled. Insist on getting tested for SIBO and don't waste a year and a half of your life like I have.

I suspected weight gain may be a side effect. I've never had a weight issue before. I have developed a muffin top around my middle and I am exercising. Sure, I could be exercising more than I do and eating fewer sweets. It may not be the Osphena, but I'm not sure.
To avoid insurance complications, I actually take Zarah birth control and skip the placebo week by starting a new pack on the day I would normally start the placebo. At the end of the third month, I am supposed to take the placebos, so that in total I have my period 4 times a year. The doctor said this is equivalent to taking a drug expressly for this purpose, namely Seasonale. But I am experiencing the same symptoms as most other people here. I have been having my period for about a month straight now. I am a student and am having difficulty concentrating on my work, probably due to the cramps and mood swings. I am hungry all the time. I usually exercise happily about six days a week, but now have lost interest. My body also aches, with random spasms in my fingers and toes. I'm going to stop taking the pills today. Thank you for posting, and helping me confirm that something's up.

I took Ambien for about 4 months and it worked well. I stayed off any sleep aids for several months and then gradually got to where I could not sleep again, so I asked for Lunesta. My copay was $40. I have been taking one pill at bedtime for seven days and have not slept well all week. It is 2:40 in the morning and I am on the computer and have to go to work at 5:00. It is not working for me, maybe even the reverse.

My dosage was: 10mg, 6 pills for 2 days, 10mg 5 pills for 2 days, etc until I reached 10 days both times.
