Slightly spacy, affects my memory a little, may be causing high blood pressure over time
This medication has been a lifesaver for me. It keeps my arthritis under control and has kept me from having flare-ups.My blood pressure has been a problem but could be many other factors and not this med.

TOLECTIN (TOLMETIN SODIUM): Tolmetin is used alone or with other treatments to reduce pain, swelling, and joint stiffness from rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It is also used for juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. If you are treating a chronic condition such as arthritis, ask your doctor about non-drug treatments and/or using other medications to treat your pain. See also Warning section. Compared to the horrible darkness of deep depression, this medication and even with the side effects is a lifesaver. I am able to get out of bed and function. I am no longer angry and I have been able to do things around that house that only a few months ago seemed hopeless. I still have to push myself every day to not go back to bed but I know Cymbalta has made a very significant difference and I will not stop taking it any time soon. One other comment- this is a very potent drug. I have read postings where people state they are taking it for mild pain or stress....this strikes me as odd. why does a M.D. prescribe this for anything other than severe depression? I would advise people not to take it for anything else - it is a very potent drug. Any side effects for me are better than the blackness of depression.
Vomitting severe nausea...diahrea...have good months and bad months also get horrible egg taste and constant burping

It's a miracle drug for me. It helps control my pain and keeps me in a more positive mood.

Decreased libido but Desogen was not as bad as Alesse for causing decreased libido, my boyfriend says I am more moody on Desogen, Desogen made my breasts a bit sore and swollen and caused mild feeling of nausea, had lighter periods on Desogen but still always had a period
Lowers my cholesterol well with diet. Crestor made me sick, weak, and depressed with muscle breakdown and kidney issues. Zetia is much milder on my system and works well with controlling consumption o saturated fat and sugar.

Before my MRI My pain in my shoulder was pretty unbearable. I tried every pain reliever out there, the muscle relaxers made me sleep instantly and I couldn't take em because I have young children to keep up with. I tried Excedrin Migraine and was amazed..I took 3 after breakfast and was relieved of most of the pain for most of the day. I stuck with it till I got in to see the Dr for my cortisone shot.
