At full dose, it tends to make my creatine and BUN numbers go up, but prostaglandins are involved in keeping kidneys filtering.
I am very happy with this anti-inflammatory, and unlike many others, it does not give me ulcers.
The only nsaid that has really worked for me.

Horrible. Still have terrible headaches, nausea, chest pains, insomnia & dizziness and my last dose was 2 DAYS AGO! Avoid if you can.

I get horrible migraines w/ aura and vomitting 4-5 times in a 24 hr period for two weeks to a month. This happens about every two to three years. Having migrains for days on end is enough to want to kill yourself. Luckily there is maxalt. It works! 40 min. After taking the dissolving pill the screw driver is removed from my right temple and relief follows.

The original Microgestin works great, however the pharmacy now gives me the generic Junel 1/20 made by TEVA which is horrible. The pill is yellow and crumbles easily. Keep it out of your bathroom.

Excellent for major depression with anxiety. While the zombie effect is horrible, it (sadly) comes as welcome relief from nonstop terror and panic and suicidal depression. The sexual side effects are bad enough that I am finally looking for a replacement antidepressant.
